I have been a customer for years. I got a new Honda Odyssey a couple years ago after replacing my Mazda and Subaru and so unfortunately to be safe, am doing my routine maintenance at the dealership due to warranty. However, any opportunity to do "non warranty" stuff (i.e. puncture in my tire), I would not hesitate to come to this midas. Andrew and Reno (and now Raymond) are the best and love that they have been here for years so know the customers and their vehicles! Give them a bonus! (and Kai too).

I assumed it was a problem with the valve stem on a tire, as it did not retain air and was hissing. Took just few minutes to diagnose and explain status ... then after I gave go ahead it was ready to go in sort time. More than satisfied with length of time and cost.

Honesty in employees. Admit the mistakes, communicate to customer and apologize. Customers will understand mistakes do occur if communicated in transparent way and a sincere apology will earn customers trust. The employee who made me waite more than an hour and half for an oil change because he forgot to give the filter to the mechanic never apologize nor explain the situation in honesty. In fact he gave me an attitude when he was giving me a little discount of extra oil. I would walk out with a better feeling if he simply apologized without any discount.

I bought a set of 4 tires at Midas Richmond Hill. Staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. But I’m not fully satisfied because 1- I found WAY better deals at Canadian Tire after I placed my order and unfortunately it was too late to cancel 2- usually when you purchase 4 tires from a service shop it’s offered with free installation. But I got charged $160 just for installation without a penny off the installation. Overall staff were nice and respectful but I would recommend Midas to others ONLY if pricing doesn’t matter to them

I paid $60 for tire change, the least MIDAS can do is check tire pressure and read tread level. I used to go to Aurora location and they would always perform these checks. I think they just changed my tires and did not check the pressure, I had to pressure the tires at home. The work sheet is empty and no comments left from the employee who worked on the car. Seemed like a rushed job.
