I asked what they charged for an recharge A/C. They told me a price that was very cheap for a quick fix to have cool air. I had a few other problems with my car I had no idea I had. They told me how much it would be to fix. So next pay day I'll be going back to get those parts fixed

My vehicle requires full synthetic. I requested full synthetic to the attendant. I left the vehicle with the minus crew and came back after it was done. The technician told me that they put in a synthetic blend and that was not what I intended to purchase again my vehicle tags for synthetic not a synthetic blend.

Was greeted in a friendly and respectful way. Shawn does a great job making you feel welcome. They were busy, so it took just a bit longer than normal. Nonetheless, vehicle was serviced correctly, with no problems.

Observing the service technician that was working on my car spent excessive amount of time on his cell phone, and I felt he was either bored or good at multitasking but I did not appreciate that he was on his cell phone while working on my car as much as he was.

Shaun answered all my questions and clarified to me that they check for leaks in the air compressor and after it was recharged that if there were any problems moving forward I would be able to come in up till 90 days for service and it would be free. I will be forever loyal as long as the customer service and communication are excellent. Also, the only reason I won’t be returning to the location is because we were traveling through.

The employees are always very helpful and informative. More than anything I really appreciate the fact that they don’t try to sell product I don’t need or recommend things, unless it is actually needed. In the past I have had mechanics from other companies tell me my transmission needs to be flushed and it look like it has the original fluid and filter in it, when I’m fact I had just got it done through the dealer ship two month prior. For the price of an oil change I’m able to get my tires rotated which is usually additional $10-$20 anywhere else my brakes checked along with fluids and I know there’s a lot more missing. The Service people did and excellent job finding a very difficult to find part and got the work done in a timely and professional manner. They kept me informed of their progress and were able to also find and repair a brake light switch that was was found to be defective during the service check. In time to still pick it up the day it was scheduled to be finished.

I ran into an issue while driving from Seattle to LA with my old '74 van (windshield wipers stopped working) and stopped into this Midas for help. They were the first shop willing to take me in right then and were incredibly helpful and fast from initial phone (Jesse) call to when I left. Ron and team immediately knew what was wrong, ordered the parts, got my van in right away, communicated clearly, and were friendly to us the entire time. They didn't even bat an eye at my old, crusty vehicle. We were in and out within the hour. Can't recommend them enough and I'll absolutely choose Midas the next time I need auto help!

I called for an appointment at 8:30 AM and was told They had a 10 or 11 AM opening, so I took the 11. When I got there, I was told they had no record of my appointment. They were booked until 1PM so I had to come back 2 hours later. They did give me a good discount for the inconvenience.

I dropped in to do a potential top off of oil until I could schedule an appt but they were able to do it then. Also rotated my tires and showed me a few things that need to be done in the near future & were gonna do an estimate.

I serviced the breaks of the vehicle about 6 months ago, but they tried to sell again. I'm sure that new breaks last longer than 6 months.

I am highly DISSATISFIED because I had been previously asked to reschedule my appointment because more time was needed. I was told it was going to take the technician 1-1/2 hours to complete the service because “he has to rethread” where the screws go for the license plate. I could see the technician as he worked on my car & I could see that he left it for more than 40 minutes. He did not do what I was told he would do. There was no rethreading—he just cut everything out and did what my husband was trying to avoid doing to it & that’s why I took it to “professionals” to do it the correct way. I was charged for the hour and a half of work even though the technician did not work on my car that whole time, and to top it off, he did not do what I was told would be done! This is a dishonest place and as soon as I have the time I will leave my honest review in as many places as I can to warn others.

Be prepared for appts with the oil for the car that made the appt. Not scramble every, single, time i come to find my oil at multiple stores. Then leave to go buy it and take forever.

Have staff not treat women like they’re idiots. If someone declines a service and says they will do it on their own, don’t laugh at them. Also don’t lie about the condition of someone’s vehicle. Don’t tell someone their rotors are warped when they aren’t. My car also suddenly leaks oil after taking it for an oil change. Incompetent, rude staff.

Service writer got me in. He then called me about my air filter and cabin air filter. He said that the engine air filter was in definite need to be replaced but the cabin air filter looked good. I appreciate his honesty. He then called me when the service was completed to pick up my van. Very easy and comfortable experience.

I was told over the phone that the oil change would cost $31 and there was a $10 sale so it would be $21When I went to pay after the visit I was told it was a more premium oil and cost around $80The employee apologized for the misunderstanding, but I still had to pay four times what I was quoted over the phone

Our car broke down at night near the 5 exit in Roseburg while we were passing through on vacation. Tim at the Chevron recommended trying Midas so we had our car towed there and hoped for the best til next morning. Manager Sean was on it first thing and had us fixed and out of there by afternoon. The team was thorough, communicative, and just so helpful. They are the best! (Then go have pizza at Old Soul Pizza to celebrate!)

Speedy service, courteous people, clean, comfortable waiting area, I arrived for my appointment, they took my car in very soon, the service was completed in the time I had expected. They repaired my air conditioner and it now works better than it has in a very long time.

I expected it to cost several hundred dollars and take days to fix but they had it done by the time I got off of work and it was far less expensive than I anticipated. Friendly and just an overall pleasant experience. I will definitely be coming back for any of my automotive repairs that needs completed in the future.

I was traveling through town and my ac was not working. They got me in the same day and determined the problem. Part was ordered and they repaired it the next day. I now have cold ac!!!

Needed brakes. Dropped car off on Thursday for them to work on Friday. Called about 3 hours later. Car was done. Amazing!! So very happy.

I needed a jump from AAA, called Midas for an available battery, was able to drive down right then and they installed a new battery at no extra charge. The entire process took about 30 minutes. So glad I was able to get in and out so quickly. I am going back for my oil change amd any other work I need. They are GREAT!

They turned the car around in a day, which was important before a holiday weekend, and the fact that it was a radiator issue. They started work on the car as soon as possible — the radiator was late in arriving — and got the car back to me before 5 p.m.

You used to be open on the weekends. It is super hard to make an appointment in the middle of the day when people work. My husband had to take the day off to get our vehicles in.

I really appreciate the friendliness and atmosphere at the Roseburg Midas. I choose to have my oil changed there because of this, however this last visit I needed windshield wipers. I stopped by and they got me in and out in less than 10 minutes. I know it’s an easy service that I could probably do on my own, but I didn’t have time to figure it out and I felt good knowing it was done right.

I absolutely love the roseburg Oregon Midas. They treat you wonderful and they'll go over any and all issues your car has..They talk to you where you can understand what's happening and what needs to be done to correct the issue.

Awesome as usual, they let me know I have a small water leak and showed me where it was so I could fix it myself. Kudos to their whole team ;-)

Heading over the mountain for Christmas my exhaust came apart and the got it all fixed for a fair price and got me back on the road in a timely fashon. I would highly recommend them.

On two different occasions they gave the wrong advice. I will never return to midas.
