This location was very knowledgeable and that's extremely helpful to a person like me who knows absolutely nothing about cars. Although price was extremely high for my budget they offered me chance for financing which was not ideal but helpful ...very helpful in my situation. They were even nice enought to give me a list of things that I couldn't afford to get fixed - non emergent, and the pricing so that I can adjust my budget in near future for services. Most of all they got me out before the estimated timeframe so that I could make it to work sooner even though they added on services that were more time consuming than an oil change! Thank you now my family and I can drive much safer. Again...thank you

It took me three different Midas to be able to get my alignment, but it was still all handled so well. I got my balance and oil change at one, but then was sent to another for an alignment. When I got to the second location, their machine was down so I was sent to a third. When he saw how rough of a day I was having, Mike Reynolds went above and beyond to fill me with confidence about the stop a his shop. Handled everything well, put a little extra effort into both the work and the customer service. Made a connection with me on a personal level and even popped on a documentary for me while I waited in the lobby. Between all three shops, everyone was great and I am now a Midas person for sure.

The staff was able to diagnose and fix a problem that was caused by a faulty repair by another provider. They told me what needed to be done to make it right. A good repair is always worth a little more money.

Professional & timely. I would recommend mechanics use plastic floor covers as to not track liquids and scents into someones car that can remain trapped in the carpet.
