I have been using Midas for my oil changes and tire rotations for years. They do a great job and the staff are extremely personable.

My brand new Tesla just need a safety inspection. The online app didn't have 2023 Tesla listed (need to correct). So I marked 2022 instead. The staff is friendly and the service is very quick. I am very happy I booked the appointment at this Midas.

While my car itself was having issues, the associates who aided me were completely professional and understanding of my circumstance. The owner Gio of Midas West Chester always gives me quick and honest service. I use this location for my inspection services as well as if repairs are needed. He is transparent about service and prices. Also let’s me know when to expect routine maintenance repairs. I drive about 40 minutes just to use this location because I trust Gio and his service.
My appointment went great, I called for an oil change and they had availability the same week I called and the price was the same as the website. Service was very quick, and my appointment was explained very well.

After the oil change, I was told that my rear shocks were leaking. My cousin has his own shop, I took the car to him today and he checked my car out. My rear shocks aren't leaking, so I'd like to know why they were going to charge me $550 for a service that wasn't actually needed. I won't be coming back or recommending this location.

They were able to fit me in for the oil change to meet my schedule requirements. I felt that the price was fair and the work was completed to my satisfaction. The only improvement could have been the duration of the oil change, 15 min faster would have been great.
I scheduled an inspection. Upon evaluation of the car. They explained that it would pass, but recommended a replacement of the rear shocks and explained why. I also thought the ac/heater wasn't working. They checked it out and said they didn't find a problem. I appreciated the honesty.

Over the past couple of services, my husband & I have had the sense that Midas has been finding unneccessary fixes for our cars. This time around, my car passed inspection, however the associate said my gasket was leaking & would need to be replaced the following week once they received the part. I found it very odd that it passed inspection with the leaking gaskit. They then said "oh, well its a very very very slow leak." Not knowing much, we had this serviced. At checkout, I asked to apply a coupon & thought they did but it wasn't factored into my payment (this is partly my fault for not checking then). Overall, my trust for Midas is gone & won't be returning.

Service was quick and everyone was professional.
The new guy is terrible! He recommended over $800 unnecessary services when I went there for an oil change. Heres the list: Coolant flush(I just did it a couple of month ago), brake pads and rotors(he told me mine can only last 5 to 10 miles. Ive already had over 200 miles without any problem since he said that), brake fluid flush, spark plugs, fuel induction system service. And it seems he didnt want to talk to me when I went to pick up my car as I refused all of the services he recommended. It used to be a nice place to do inspection and oil change. Not anymore with the new guy there!
