Went in to get my oil changed and winter tires put on. Came out with a short circuit in my wipers that make my wipers start without turning them on... could be a weird coincidence but still sucks.

I brought my VW in for an oil change but after dropping off the car in the morning and finding out later that they did not even start working on the car at 2pm. Disgusted, because i would have to wait for it downtown all day, I picked up the car immediately and called Midas for a next day appointment. I dropped off my car on time. it was ready in less than 30 mins. They even fixed my suspension rattle which the VW dealer told me I would have to drop off the car for the whole day for them to deal with it. I didn't even ask Midas to deal with this issue. They did. It feels great to drive the car with new synthetic oil and no creaky sounds every time you turn the steering wheel. Feels like a new car. It is, it is only a 2019. I will now continue to use Midas as my oil change service centre. I would highly recommend them.

I went in for an oil change and a tune-up, and was asking about a brake inspection. The gentleman who was helping me explained what each extra service entailed and explained that due to the age and condition (low mileage) of my vehicle, I didn't really need the tune-up or full brake inspection just the general checks - which are already included. It was so nice to deal with an honest service person and not be upsold on unnecessary stuff. It will definitely keep me coming back.
