Great Service with an Unfortuante Result 
Although my issue in the vehicle wasn't fully resolved in terms of after performance :( I was still very satisfied with the service I received both professionally and personally. The location is convenient and I definitely will be using MIDAS in the future for oil changes etc.

Consistent, Quality Service
Jerry and his crew are professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I've been going there for 10 years and despite other offers and coupons, return to his MIdas shop. Mainly because I respect the way Jerry does business. They treat everyone very well and try to accommodate every request -like installing one windshield wiper I could not get on. It is not usually possible to make an oil change and tire rotation appointment pleasant but Jerry and his staff pull it off. Highly recommend them. And they do the work fast.

This is one of the best shops that I've ever visited for an honest estimate for services. I inquired about a suspected suspension problem with my Mercedes because I was tired of the dealer's costs to replace basic parts. I was prepared to spend as much as necessary with Midas due to the great reviews that I had read about their professionalism and services costs. I was promptly given an appointment for the next day and my vehicle was honestly assessed after it was thoroughly inspected for the problem that I identified. Even though the shop took an hour to help me figure out what could have potentially been the problem, they ensured me that there was no need to perform any repair work and there were no safety concerns at the moment. To top things off, I was prepared to pay for the assessment, yet they did not charge me a dime, despite them taking their time to inspect my vehicle. I will gladly return to this shop for any future services that my vehicle may need. They are truly honest, professional and customer-first focused.

I called this location and they were able to immediately accommodate me. The manager, Jerry S, was absolutely incredible. He had the nicest demeanor to every customer that came in. Jose was excellent. He did the work on my car and showed me everything that was going on. I really appreciated the exceptional service they had here. I will go out of my way to use this location in the future and I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to get work done. All the costs were explained and discussed with me. They started working on my car right away. I can't say enough good things! I rarely write reviews, but I really felt like I needed to write this one. That is how great they were.

2 -5 star experiences
My 16 yr old Toyota Highlander had a hole in the muffler which Midas diagnosed and repaired in an hour this morning. I went online around 7am, was given an 11 am appointment and was home by 12:30. Very nice folks. This is my second repair in the past 5 or 6 years. In both cases they were efficient, professional and reasonably priced.

I've been going to Jerry's Automotive for the past several years. Jerry has always been professional, friendly and honest about what needs to happen to my vehicles. In particular, I enjoy how Jerry discloses what critical fixes are needed and things that can wait. His honesty is refreshing!

I have taken 3 OLD vehicles *98, 99, 02* to this Duke St location for the past few years and have never been disappointed in their ability to diagnose the exact problem and fix with minimal expense. They go out of their way to satisfy.

Trust Worthy Service Repair
I would like to applaud Midas for the their trust worthiness in car repair. I brought my Lexus RX350 to their shop to replace a left front wheel bearing and complete a brake flush, both of which had been recommended by Lindsay Lexus in Alexandria for repair. Midas offered a lower price. After completing a diagnostic, I was told there was nothing wrong with the wheel bearing and the brake fluid was clean. While I am appalled at the service I received from Lindsay Lexus, I am extremely happy with Midas and will return for future service.
