It is very difficult to find a ship that one can trust and continue to receive outstanding service. It has been just under 12 years that I have been attending Midas for work that I am not interested, or not able to do on my own. There has been a span of time since I have needed to come to Midas myself, while family members that I have recommended over the years continue to. I am always impressed with the turnaround and having their word mean something when setting expectations. Truthfully, I am worried as to what I will do when the time comes that current management retires.

Was traveling in Canada when my ABS light came on. Had Midas check it out, turned out to be nothing. ABS wheel sensors got rattled when I went over a rumble strip on the highway. They cleared the code and no problems since. Replaced the rear pads and rotors, which needed it but the price was double what it would be back in the States.

Had my vehicle all day to replace a sensor. Promised by email and confirmed over the phone that car would be completed by 3:00pm. Arrived at 3:00pm to find car not even looked at yet. At 3:30pm confirmed by clerk that the part was not even in the building
