Took my vehicle in @ 09:30, it was ready at 2:00 pm, that was great service.

Issue clearly explained, repairs done quickly and service was friendly.

They are always honest and extremely helpful. We trust them which is the most important thing in a service location.

Brad and the team are always good at identifying any issues and getting them resolved. Options are always given so that I can make the repairs in accordance with my budget.

I appreciated that they assessed the situation and let me decide what I wanted to have done. I also appreciate that they checked many other things that were not related to the initial problem.

We have taken our car to this location since its new warranty expired. They have always been thorough and have never recommended things that (in my opinion) were not required. They are trustworthy, and as such we get yearly inspections before we take the family on vacation.In addition, they treat both my wife and I with respect, and so we will continue to take our vehicles here for brakes, oil changes, and general service.

They did an excellent job on my muffler. While I was there I watched them help countless other customers who dropped in to have wheel lugs checked or an elderly lady who stopped to have her oil checked and without hesitation they went out and did it for her. The location seemed like it was busy so it didn't appear you could just drop in and get your muffler fixed or a dead battery changed or have your car checked. It seemed like any issues you had needed an appointment a week in advance. It wasn't like that in the old days when you could take your car over and sit for a few hours while you had a muffler replaced or a battery changed.

I have been going to this Midas location for many years The service is always efficient and professional. At oil changes, the technician always performs a complete check of my vehicle (9 years old) and does a complete report. I also always got to Midas for minor repairs, such as a headlight which has burned out, or a radiator flush.

I have been going to the Calgary 64th Midas for year and continually receive exceptional service. Most importantly, honest service. I know I can trust my mechanics, am never pressured into unnecessary costs, and feel that they truly care about making sure my vehicle is running well and I am safe on the road.

It's very expensive and sometimes I have additional problems with the vehicle after I left the shop.

Brad and Bryan at the 64 Ave Calgary Midas are always exceptional. I feel like a valued customer whether regular maintenance or bigger issues. They listen to my concerns and never brush off that something is important or worrying to me. So the work was fine, but customer relations could use a little work, maybe it was a bad day? But grumpy customer service doesn't advertise well.

They quoted me a price for winter tires... then suddenly the price went up a couple hundred bucks. They also stripped my lock nuts and just replaced them with regular nuts.
