Complete and test repair properly. Parking brake was “fixed” but it would not function properly after picking up vehicle. I needed the brake to work for the week but had to adjust plans because of improper service.

Friendly staff, fast service

I bought tires and had them mounted. They were timely, extremely professional, and very personable. As a nursing mother to a newborn I felt comfortable feeding my child at Midas, which is very uncommon. Roman the manager even offered a private place for me to change my child. I was very very impressed

I purchased tires in May 2023, being told my tire change would be free. That they would mark on my file. I was not confident this would occur, as in the past, companies have "forgotten" to mark things on my file. I was credited my tires change as per May conversation.The appointment was scheduled with less than a week to wait. I was able to drop my vehicle off prior to the store opening. They contacted me throughout and did not push any services on me. I was running late and they were initially going to try to stay open for me. I could not make in a suitable time therefore, asked if they could leave my key in vehicle. They did so along with a little Halloween treat.I came to this Midas due to issues with several mechanics over the years and thus far they have remained true to their commitment to be clear and transparent about repairs. And be diligent with services. I have truly appreciated them.

REPAIRS TO MY VEHICLE WERE DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. EVEN PROVIDED ME WITH A RIDE HOME AND BACK AGAIN TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE.

I was promptly taken in and dealt with honestly.

Check boxes were all checked okay ,however no check was done as the installer missed two items that would require further action. Ge just ticked off the boxes. I received " Sorry about that".

I had been searching for a reliable mechanic after a number of problematic experiences. I had been through 2 dealerships and one local mechanic. The issues was always the same, locating a new expensive problem every visit. I was tired of the game. They had once again quoted me thousands of dollars to fix something on my vehicle, so I left and contacted Midas.The Midas staff I spoke to about this alleged new car problem was understanding, communicative and chose to view my vehicle before quoting a price. He found the problem not an immediate issue, but did find a small issue. I was able to do a number of services I had been trying to do, along with the issue they found and saved money. They were timely, efficient, and highly communicative. I appreciated them.

No appointment, drop off, timely service. Would of appreciated quote options for products vs just a premium quote, after calling back find out there was a lower cost option for my service and truck, was very happy and less nerves about the potential bill.

I didn't have an appointment. This was my first time to visit Midas. I was not sure how it works. It turned out that drop-in and pick-up was way easier than I thought. Received text message with service report link to explain everything they did. So easy to access and understand. Done in a couple of hours and very impressive about the whole service. No hard sale and hidden charges. Efficient and professional. Definitely come back for next service. 5 stars.

The shop manager Roman was friendly and nice to talk to. The service was explained well, although there was a price difference before and after the estimate. However, the reason for it was reasonable and the manager gave me a free oil change for the price discrepancy. I am highly satisfied for the quality of the service and professionalism. I’m thrilled with my first experience with this location. This was my second oil change.I have witnessed great customer services while waiting. Honest and truth worthy location.

Roman was able to fit me in as a walk in with an exhaust problem. His service is second to none. It was like walking in and talking to a longtime friend who was willing to help me out with my truck.

Overall experience was great, but since the waiting area is a bit small, and no entertainment whatsoever, i stayed on the nearby coffee shop. Not an issue for me though. I commend the complementary check, they found problem with my car’s sway bars. The shop’s location is strategic too for it is just few steps away from NAPA.

Store Manager was respectful and knowledgeable. Explained the details of the assessment and work to be done.

Honour promotions!! Oil change "promotion" means every customer should be charged the promotional price. Instead told I needed to mention a coupon!!! Coupon-promotion are 2 different things!
