I always receive excellent service there that’s why I keep returning

We were told if we dropped off the vehicle first thing in the morning, we would have it back within the hour, being a service vehicle, that was an important factor in making the appointment here. We did not receive a call until almost lunchtime.

Front desk worker was a horrible communicator, and she was rude. I paid an original quote price, then was told they messed up on the inspection and ordered the wrong part, I then was told i needed to pay extra for the mistake of Midas employees. When I expressed my concern I was told “I can’t believe you’re upset about $100”

Midas has always treated our company well and provided adequate service.

My car broke down on Saturday and Midas was open, so I got it towed there. They were able to look at it Monday morning, called and said what was wrong and had it fixed up that same afternoon! Thanks y’all!

Went fo an oil change and a 50 point inspection, great results, and quick service. I preferred in the past where pictures were sent while i was waiting to see the underside of my car and issues. Id no longer done..

I brought my car to the shop(Midas here in Grande Prairie,AB) for general check up. So they did the check up which they called me that their some issue on the car which gonna cost me $1000 something which I said okay go for it. So they change a lot of thing which I’m okay with it but the problem is when they change my head lights and miniature lamp, my lights on the dash inside the car won’t light up anymore so I went to talk to the mechanic and he said that it wasn’t them or was not on their part that it won’t light up again. So I ask if they can see what they can do about it coz when I bought it to them it was working but he said I have to pay again some amount in checking for it. This the second time already that happen to me that every time I bring my vehicle to that shop and have it work on something their will be something not gonna work on my vehicle. First of all they haven’t told me too that they will change my head light which I can do it my self so I won’t have to pay extra money for that over pricing I guess they did to just for light alone. Communication is a lot lucking they should inform first the person what they will be working on the vehicles. No discount even.
