I was very pleased. When I came in I was only planning on getting summer tires switched over. While they were doing that job. They found I needed my struts and shocks done on ground end. They were able to complete that job as well.

The male associate that helped us during our experience needs to be retrained in customer service. He barely acknowledged me when I walked through the door. He then didn’t speak to me at all. I swiped my credit card and I said thank you. Then we had a situation with a tire sensor and he was completely rude and treated my husband with absolute disrespect. We just paid $700 to your company. Having someone say “Hello” and then explaining a situation kindly would have changed my mind about this place easily. The female associate was very kind and helpful.

I came in to have my tires rotated, balanced, and tire pressure set correctly as my indicator dashboard lights were on for tire pressure. I also had a light bulb replaced. When I picked up my vehicle the tire pressure was still not correct. I made it home then came back to have my pressure increased.

Just went in for oil change and adding wheel fluid and they charge me more for other services and I end up spending $800 today and it was money I needed to put food on the table for my family rip off never again am I going here!!!

Let's get started with Tina at the front desk. This young lady is a customer service beauty. In today's marketplace customer service is a lost art and this girl could teach a class. She is polite and knowledgeable and so very professional. She stayed in touch with me through the day letting me know what was going on with my breaks and with any changes that were found. When I had realized that I had left my granddaughters car seat in the truck she made sure I could get it right away. When I couldn't make it before closing, she said she would stay late if needed so that I could get my truck that day. In a world where customer service has been forgotten she is a rock. I would bet that this Midas store gets a lot of return business because of her. She deserves a pay raise for sure. I hope that her boss and everyone at the corporate office knows what they have in her.
Even though they failed at confirming my online appointment. They made up for it with the overall customer service!!

made an appointment via the online portal, never did get an appointment confirmation. However, Tina was extremely helpful with getting my vehicle in the queue.even though I did get a callback on diagnosis and status - I called towards end of day both days - the information provided to me was straightforward and precise and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Understandable though about no callback considering the pace of work going on and workload.Overall, a very pleasant experience (even if a wee bit $$) :-)I plan to use Midas again if the need arises. Hopefully not TOO soon (let my bank account recover first!!) ;-)
I used the app to schedule an oil change. Due to the high volume of scheduled oil changes it, it was possible not to be able to get one. But I was called and they fit me in the next day. Since I work next door it was in another business I was very happy to to get it done.

I was able to get in the same day as call and service was done by the end of the day.
So when they found that my vehicle needed a control arm to complete the wheel alignment, they were able to get it and complete the repair within the day and let me hang around while they worked on my vehicle saving me the cost of a ride somewhere else. They were stellar and let me take a quick peek at the new part they put in and overall were a very friendly crew.

My insurance could not cover (due to deductibles) the damage on my passenger side outside rear view cover. Shop Manager Corey (Midas-Bragaw) prudently researched and found a viable replacement and did not even charge labor for the shop-time for installation. And to my pleasant surprise, front desk customer service pro - Tina informed me that not one but both the side mirror covers (shining black) got replaced all for the same price!!! I've been w/Midas-Bragaw, ever since I moved here to Anchorage and highly recommend their most valued professional service!!!

I dropped my vehicle off Sunday evening and called Monday morning explaining my problem and scheduling the work. I was told I might have to wait till Wednesday but got the work done by Tuesday.

I'm not sure how you can improve your service. I drove my vehicle there to get a few things fixed then I was told that to fix it completely is almost 10 grand. Over 5 grand to fix it so it's road worthy. And almost 1,000 for diagnostics.

I have been going to this shop for close to 40 years even when it was in Mountain View. Now ... why would I keep coming back for all those years? And why would I drive all the way from my retirement home in McCarthy, AK which is 300 miles away for routine service and major maintenance? Sounds like a very satisfied customer to me.
