My car was triple parked and it took some time to move the cars blocking it in. Parking is a challenge at this location. Otherwise good service and pricing.

Midas installed broken fog lights in my BMW X1. Check-in went smoothly; my car was done by the time I returned from gym so I didn’t have to wait long, and the mechanic even showed me how to turn the fog lights on (button I never knew existed!). Thank you Midas!

The oil in my truck needed to be changed and I wanted to give Midas the business. It was easy to set up an appointment anf the wait was not very long. Also the cost was reasonable.
Be more clearly on the price I was told one price the day before I brought my vehicle in.I ask the lady that check me in if the mechanic could air up my Right front tire she said yes when the mechanic finish with the oil change the lady told me he couldn't that I had to take it to bay 8 or 9 to me if the mechanic would have went the extra mile to make the customer happy by putting air in his tire the customer would been would been more appreciated. Beside the lake of communication with the price the first person should have put it in the computer what he quoted me.

I was tired from my work schedule and thought I was first in line but on the drive over apparently two other customers were scheduled in front of me.
Friendly staff and my car was done a lot faster than we were told when checking in.
Price of putting a simple blub in for labor was over 43 dollars and it probably took one minute to do so. If we were told what the labor to do that, we would of done it ourselves. For basically an oil change it costs up 250.00 bucks!

The customer service representative was friendly, and made it clear my vehicle may sit overnight if they were not able to service it the same day. The price was fair, lobby was clean, akd they texted right away when my vehicle was finished. I trusted them to keep my vehicle overnight if needed and despite the busy season of tire changeovers with the winter storm we had, I was impressed and thankful to have my service completed the same day despite not having an appointment! The service was 100%. The workers were really friendly and put my studded tires on for me since this is my first winter driving in snow.
I paid 54 bucks for a lyft inspection. Now I am submitting the form and it is for the state of Michigan, not Alaska where I reside and where I had the inspection performed. If Lyft kicks this back and I have to go back to this location and sort this out, I will be highly dissatisfied.
Make sure the products you are charging your customer is accurate. I was given cooper tires instead of Michelin tires and thank god I checked before I left. I was late to work because they had to go back and swap the tires. I don’t even trust the brakes/rotors I asked for are accurately described and charged accurately. Paid roughly $3,600 for parts and labor. Not satisfied.
I am moving out of Alaska, so I will not be returning to this Midas out of proximity to next place. I was inconvenienced by the scheduling system, as I never received an email confirming my appointment. It turns out that the email/online appointment system was broken, so I had to reschedule for a different day at the last minute.Another thing was that the hours of service do not reflect the warehouse, which they should in some cases. Because the warehouse opens much later and closes much earlier that the rest of the shop, I had very limited windows of scheduling. Had I know about this ahead of time, I would have planned accordingly.

I had the front and rear brakes done 30,000 miles ago and for some reason the front needed new brakes and rotors again because they didn't change the calipers last time and now they have to change that too.
Make my 18 year old daughter wait three hours for a service that took 15 minutes. Took people who came in after her first. We had an appointment and arrived on time. Hourly ridiculously expensive.
I requested to schedule a 1:30pm appointment online at 5:00am. I was not contacted to confirm the appointment until 12:34pm. Fortunately, I checked my phone at 12:55pm, noticed the text and was close enough to Midas to make the time. Otherwise I was planning on taking my vehicle elsewhere. Hoping the scheduling process goes smoother next time and communication is improved. Also, when I dropped of the vehicle, they couldn't work on it immediately as scheduled. Why offer an appointment opening an hour before said appointment if the appointment time slot cannot be honored? I felt I was not valued nor prioritized as a customer.
I have been using midas Service for more than 20 or more years. The Service is outstanding 100%.
Charging people for work not completed is not acceptable. The staff doubled down that they did the tire rotation despite the tires being marked and clearly not having been done.

I scheduled an appointment, was serviced and was done. There were a bunch of tire change over appointments during my oil change and I was at the shop for over an hour.

I made my appointment for 10:30am. I dropped my car off and left and came back at 12:30pm. I finally asked for an update on my vehicle at 2:00pm and it was finished at 2:30pm. I asked why it took so long and I was told their day got busy with walk-ins.
I tried to book in for general preventative maintenance, and was told condition of brakes, any fluid leaks etc, were already checked when Midas did a tire swap a week or so prior (and no problems with brakes or leaks were noted). So I booked in for a specific repair to the tie rods to be done. One problem was fixed and problems then arose. The tie rod issue was sorted with minimal effort - full marks for that. However, I was then informed that front brake pads and struts needed replacement - the former were totally worn and the latter were leaking fluid. Why was this not identified when tires were changed? Second issue - when asked to authorise the replacement of brakes and struts, I was told the cost would be about $1000, but the actual cost was around $1800. Turns out the $1000 was for labor only, cost of parts was not included! Confused communication! Finally, why doesn’t Midas offer a standard preventive maintenance program like some other tire service centres do? I will do my tire swap over elsewhere next time!

It was a super long wait overall bur I'm glad they looked at my front end and tell me what I needed.
I had to get brake replacement which is complicated and they need to inspect first. I received a call after my inspection and I was given several options, including doing nothing for the next few months. I elected to have my brakes replaced. I was told the cost and I approved the work. The job was a bit more expensive than I had anticipated but the lifetime warranty made up for it!!
I really appreciate your job and communication. Only bad thing they chrme 450 for inspection. When other do that for free or less, I have to say so far I am happy because Even if was expensive looks like they did a good job. Still need to wait 6 months to be avaliable to use the service on full . With guaranteed and all that .

Location is convenient for work. Recommend providing associates a way to edit information. I have been coming to this location for a while and they have 2 addresses for me (cannot remove the old one) and 3 vehicles (2 of which I no longer own). It would be nice to remove the old information.
I thought the price was going to be cheaper than I planned.
I made an appointment online and it said within an hour of opening the next day My appt would be confirmed. I had to call in to verify that myself after a couple hours. The estimate for repairs were double what a local shop would do the repairs for so that was extremely disappointing.
First of all, I was asked if I wanted my tires back after the change over. I said yes, did not get my tires back and come to find out an employee had to fish them out of the trash when my husband had to go back to get them. Then, I asked them to check a sensor for my tires I thought was broken, when I picked it up I asked what the issue was with the sensor. I was told there was not an issue and my tires were just low, which I thought was weird but trusted their expertise. Paid, and got in my car and the sensor alert was still on and my digital tire gauge was still not working, so I guess they just didn’t check it and lied to me. I would have been okay with it if they hadn’t had the time… not only all of this but my husband doesn’t think we got the right tires back. I don’t expect to ever go back here.
They accepted my vehicle at the last minute without an appointment. They evaluated my vehicle and found no problem so they didn't charge me. Truly a trust worthy company who treats their customers very well.
This definitely has more to do with paying $3200 than anything but honestly- it was satisfactory. I just wasn’t “highly satisfied” because I was so sad about paying that much tbh.

I scheduled my appointment online as instructed and no-one ever got back to me to confirm. I scheduled another appointment in person and had to wait a few more days. If appointments can't be made online don't offer it.
Techs were quick to point out the issue with my battery, offered to fix it, but also suggested an alternate - since the battery was under warranty, it was easier to go to the store I bought it from for replacement. I appreciate their attention to detail and offering me an alternative that would cost less. These guys are the real deal.

It was 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. When I dropped it off the associate said it would be about an hour. I do not expect miracles but 2.5 hours is a pretty long time just for an oil change and tire rotation. I will just have to plan ahead next time.
I was highly satisfied with my visit because of the ease to get an appointment on a Saturday morning and getting my cars oil changes in a timely matter. I waited there while the oil change was being done. After the oil change was done, I received a text saying my car was ready to be picked up.
