Nice guys, quick turn around and good location. Brakes are expensive but I thought it was a decent price. Also found a coupon online to save $30

They were able to give me a same-day appointment, diagnosed the problem within an hour, and provided all new brakes on my truck. I also have extreme confidence in Midas when it comes to brakes or mufflers, because that’s what they do!

I tried a few other shops for a tire change and they all couldn’t schedule me until a week out if at all. They weren’t friendly about it. I called Midas before closing and he said come by first thing in the morning and we will get you taken care of. I dropped off and left to do errands. They had the job done much sooner than I thought. Very thankful for this shop.

The receptionist was extremely nice, transparent, and helpful. His communication with me was great. The time estimated was 4 hours. Only because I had to wait that long, I didn't rate higher.

The price of the battery was told to me before I took the car in to the shop was not the same price as the price after the car was fixed....so I was a bit upset. I feel like the people working there do not inform their customers upfront when the prices are going to be higher than stated. This is always a surprise afterwards. I feel like they are hiding something from the customers. I need for them to tell the truth on what they are going to fixed before they do it.
