Service was done in a timely manner.

We had our tires changed to winter tires, but Midas did not make sure all the tire levels were the same pressure. We had our oil changed but they forgot to put in windshield washer fluid. We also did not receive an email describing the problems with the car. We like to get that so we have a heads up on any problems that might come up in the future.

The over all wait was within what I had plan. They was good at answering all my concerns. I also like that they did a curtesy check on my car to tell me the issues I need to address.

Shipping of the part took 2 full weeks which was frustrating and I received no communication on the day it was supposed to be delivered. Also I was not informed that they would be checking my fluids and codes in my car and that they would be charging me for it. There were no codes and my car had just been serviced for fluids in December.

Counter person was very friendly. He gave me an approximate time for the inspection and oil change, and came in almost 20 minutes sooner than expected. Truck was left clean with no greasy finger p r into or shoe prints in the interior. I also appreciate knowing that there are service centers nationwide.

I was surprised to be able to schedule an oil change on a Saturday at the last minute but that was great. My appointment lasted for a little over an hour so it wasn’t a long wait

I scheduled the appointment to have my oil changed and my tires rotated and balanced. They did not rotate or balance my tires though.

1. Difficult to make appt. It took several calls and at first I was told that an appt wasn't possible. I'm a regular customer and this was frustrating. Eventually an appt was made just to install 3 TPS which I purchased myself and confirmed with Midas that they were appropriate.2. Faulty/untimely repair: Depsit knowing that I was going to wait for the car and had an appt, I was told that this would take 1-2 hours. After 1.5 hrs the vehicle was ready and I headed out to find that only 1 of the 3 sensors were placed despite the fact that the other 2 were sitting on the seat! Then another 45 mins to replace the third! Then, the TPS light turned back on again so a return to the shop to have TPS re-programmed. Definitely could have been handled much much better.

The technicians did a detailed check of the problems and redid the check. The cost was lower than expected

I tried making the appointment online, no one called and I had to call in a few days later. Was not able to make an appointment was told it had to be a drop off. I would have preferred an appointment so that I could have waited with my vehicle instead of having to get rides to and from.

Asked for cabin air filter replacement which was ignored. Asked for basic inspection which was ignored. VEHICLE RETURNED 1/2 qt. LOW ON OIL. Unfriendly and uncaring associate. I have no trust for this location.

I came to Midas with a very specific request, and the team addressed that request professionally and quickly. Also, they found (2) other very important issues with my truck, and communicated them in a way that was understandable and complete. I didn't have questions they left unanswered. I assumed my oil change would be the same price as it was at the Midas in Wasilla. The cost was way too much in comparison. I paid double the price for my oil change at my appointment with the Eagle River Midas. I will not return to Midas since that is not a price I am happy with.
