Staff scheduled my appointment when I needed it and was courteous and swift. They took care of my vehicle fast and my waiting time was surprisingly short, which tells me they’re serious about taking care of business!

No hassle in and out service.
The techs were very friendly. I was from out of town passing through when my change oil light came on. They had same day opportunities. I waiting in the lobby and a tech was waiting on a response from a dealer on the phone. He was able to multi task well. He asked if I wanted to watch tv and put a car show on.
I am highly satisfied, but cars are expensive, and that can be a real bummer.
Mgr & employees friendly, easy to speak to and understand their findings and initial timetable required to perform the repair. Thorough inspection performed and choices given of what can be repaired now and what must be done later.

Professional and personal service
From the first time to now I feel very comfortable coming to this location. I don't know much of anything about cars and they did not take advantage of that nor over price me . People say Midas is a tad more expensive than other car shops but to me I will pay extra for someone who will do the job correctly and explain what the problem was with out getting frustrated with me. This place is very friendly and when I can afford to completely fix my car I will be going to them.
Very prompt response to my request for an appointment. Once there I was explained the prices for the services I requested.
They were able to schedule an appointment quickly to evaluate the problem. Once the problem was diagnosed, they clearly explained what needed to be done and the cost. The employees were friendly and professional throughout.

The man at the front counter was very personable, friendly, and clearly communicated the service. He also did not try to upsell which I find highly annoying and which is not a great way to build trust. Providing the service asked for at a reasonable price, communicating respectfully, and being timely are all great ways to build trust which he and the mechanic did.

Please be more thorough. On the way back home from the shop I stopped briefly at McDonalds. While there I ran the radio and lights for about 5 minutes without the engine on. The battery died. I had taken the truck in for battery service.In addition to that, I also noticed, for the first time, that one of my headlights was out. I had requested a full check of my vehicle and this was overlooked. The next time I started the vehicle, the check engine light came on. Maybe coincidence but this is the second time this has happened after service at Midas. I will be taking my truck to another garage for service now.

I was satisfied with the job
The technician at Midas was able to immediately identify the problem I was having with my car heater. He came out and gave me a personal explanation that I could understand. and explained what I would need to do if it occurred again.
The service man was very prompt in helping to diagnose the problem with my heater in the car.

I called 10/3/13 and made appointment for my 1964 Chevy 1/2 ton 4x4 for a new Exhaust system and we would talk about it on 10/7/13 10am.I got to Midas Soldotna at 09:30am and I went in talked with the guy at the front desk who was not happy that 3 people
