It seems the technicians only focus on the task given to them. For example, an oil sensor relay was replaced in my vehicle but they never checked the oil level after and my vehicle was left to run on 2 quarts of oil. It even had the alert for overdue oil change and nobody bothered to check. In fact my wife took the car on for tire change and they didn’t notice the over due oil alert. My other experience I had a coolant flush and they didn’t use the right connector to the radiator and blew my radiator leaving me stranded. They did however own up to it and fix at no charge. But nonetheless, I was left stranded in -25 weather with my family and now my vehicle has an aftermarket part instead of the original. I’m uncertain if I’ll return to do business with your company.
Appointment request online is a touch behind, but understandable due to studded tire deadline. Everyone was polite & quick to get things taken care of.

I called to make an appointment for the following day and was told to bring my vehicle in at 7:30 AM. Upon arrival I was checked in promptly & services provided within 1 hour. The maintenance light on the panel was illuminated, so I went back in to have it disengaged.

Midas in Wasilla was able to get me in day of for an oil change, I dropped my car off and within 30 mins I had received a notification on recommended fixes. The associate clearly communicated the cost and impact of getting these items fixed. My car was there for an hour with the oil change and recommended fixes, which was way quicker then I had planned for! The total cost came out to be exactly what was quoted. 10/10 recommend
I didn't have time to set up an appointment but I dropped it off and within one hour I was called to come and pick it up. They upgraded my oil change to full synthetic and that means I can go further between oil changes. The technicians were courteous and very through. I can't be happier

When I made a appointment with Midas, it was easy and the person in the phone was friendly and answered all of my questions. After I got my oil change, I called about 30 minutes before arriving and asked if they could warm up my car. Not only did they do that, but they pulled it up front waiting for me. Super satisfied , made my day.
They got me in for my appointment right away, didn’t have to book out. They had my car diagnosed and provided me an update on what could be done within a few hours. Aside from having to wait for a part from out of state, it was all done same day. And even waiting on the part only took 48 hrs which isn’t bad at all for shipping to Alaska.

Our visit was prompted by a tire blowout in bad road conditions. We were prepared for the worst: a new tire at full price. We were thrilled to find that our warranty covered the cost of the tire and that it would be fixed as quickly as possible. Midas Wasilla communicates quickly, clearly, and kindly. Their work is professional and they do everything they can to ensure customer satisfaction.

We dropped our truck off and was told it would take 2 hours and we sat there and waited for over 2 hrs and the truck had not even been started on so we left! And then the next day when they called and told us it was done they tried to charge us full price instead of the sale price we had initially went in for! The sale ended the day before but we had an appointment when the sale was still going and they failed to finish the job on that appointment time! After consulting with them over it we were able to work the deal out!

I no longer trust service provided. The visit before last my wheel weight wasn’t seated on the tire and hanging off and had to schedule to come back and have it fixed. This visit my TPMS was working when I dropped it off, and when I picked it up it was no longer working and the tech was dismissive and just said it’s $60 to fix something that was working when I dropped it off. I then also found out they didn’t even change my oil (I booked online and confirmed in person). And instead of changing my oil at that time, they wanted me to come back another day, which is problematic because then I’d have to get another baby sitter.I feel like had they offered to fix the TPMS that came back not working, and tried to change my oil (like was scheduled) I would’ve continued to be a customer. But after trying to advocate for myself about the sensor and getting shot down, and then when I asked to have the oil changed like it was supposed to (I even confirmed it wasn’t a fault on my end) and told I’d have to come back a different time. I’m just completely dissatisfied and feel like I can’t trust my vehicles there after this.
The customer service people were very helpful. They explained everything very well and even suggested things for when I bring the vehicle back. They said it isn't quite ready for those things but they will be necessary later down the line. I appreciate that they could have charged me for something or upcharged me but they didn't.
Price was not discussed beforehand. I scheduled an appointment online and it said I'd hear back within 4 hours. I scheduled it at noon, expecting to know by eod. I never received email confirmation. But the next day (day of service) I received a call at 10 am to bring my car at 1pm. Thankfully i have a flexible schedule that allowed this last minute scheduling. Before I left, I asked for a quote for the recommended work. They said they'd email it. It's been >24 hours now and I have not received quote.

A $100 is a little expensive for a oil change.
Oil change was not specified to be synthetic as I have used non synthetic motor oil in the past. When I got the bill, I saw they had used fully synthetic oil. I had not specified this.

During the appointment I received a text which had a hyperlink “Visual Courtesy Check” that provided me specific maintenance bullet points with detailed feedback. My appointment was at 1130. I showed up at 1115. I knew the likelihood of getting in early was slim. My vehicle wasn't taken back to the shop until 1220. After 30 minutes I got a text message saying my air filter needed to be changed. Was I asked if I would like them to do this? Nope. Just rushed my out the door after pay over $100 for an oil change. Seriously?!?! An oil change should cost no more than $60 as I can buy the stuff and do it myself for $35.
