I encountered 3 employees and they were all friendly, knowledgeable and devoted to the tasks at hand on my car. Added new tires to my list of needs an hour after they started work on my car and that was added and done. They showed me and applied a discount I didn’t know about.they kept me informed about the work and the expected complete time.

Took vehicle in due to vibration while driving.. after service, when I hit my breaks my wheels rattle badly. I’ll be coming back to get that looked at next week. Feels worse than before I took it in.

Not tell customers you aren’t taking anymore customer for that day…or explain that when customer comes I drove hour to have to turn around because they weren’t accepting anymore guests that way and it was only 3 pm

To be highly satisfied I'd have to be really, truly impressed by the service. It was good service, the oil change was a great deal, and the brake light replacement was a quick and easy fix. But, nothing was beyond expectations. Nothing was exceptional. Good service, but not amazing.

staff was very nice my appointment time was 1130 am they called me and ask could i come in at 1030 so i wouldnt have to wait a long time. i came in at 1030 and left around 1230.

Staff handled an angry and irrational customer well. It meant I had to wait longer, but staff member came over to me and explained they'd be right there once it was resolved. Did have problem with card machine not allowing my debit card to be used as a credit card. Very inconvenient for me because I didn't remember my PIN. Staff was patient while I called my bank to resolve. Nice dude.

I went for an oil change and they noticed what they thought was my rear main seal leaking. They gave me the price and I didn't want to do it but it was necessary. They began the process of taking it apart and found out it was the oil pan leaking. They let me know it costed a lot less and they could have it done pretty quick. I appreciate the honesty and taking good care of me!

The associates where great and they where very clear and professional

No one at the desk on arrival - several minutes before was greeted and helped. Two hour wait for an oil change. When checking out was told air filters were dirty - never told or I would have had them replaced. Someone else’s keys left in my car so I had causing me to have to go back to the store to turn them in. Car doors and dash left dirty from handprints.

I came after a horrible experience at Firestone and the staff at Midas was FANTASTIC!! Firestone had my car two days and couldn’t get done what Midas did in 6 hours and for $3,000 cheaper then I was quoted at Firestone. I could not be happier!

Came in at 2:39 to get my oil changed. Noticed after about an hour and a half that it was parked out front with the windows down. No one said anything to me so I figured they were about to take it to the back to change the oil. Nope, it just sat there...I could see it from where I was sitting. about 45 minutes later I was finally told it was ready...hadn't moved since I saw it there. A few issues: 1) The amount of time from when it was done til I was told and checked out. 2) The fact that it was unlocked and the windows down just parked out there. I have a pistol and all my work stuff in the car. Anyone could have come and taken whatever they wanted. Won't be returning to this location...ever.

When someone says they want front brakes gove them front brakes and warn before you charge for recommendations.

The service time of my vehicle was great but my issue was only one associate working the front desk. The computer kept going down so I had to wait 30 minutes after my vehicle was done to get checked out. The associate was VERY professional and courteous but there needs to be more than one person working the front desk

The front desk receptionist, Rebecca, who was also manager-in-training went above her call of duty to make sure my girl who had to spend part of her birthday at Midas as special as possible. Rebecca spent spent her own money to buy some bday treats and goodies! I had to keep my tears back!!

!! I’m a young female and I went to Midas on green springs to get my battery light checked in my car. They charged me for a bunch of test that I didn’t ask for AND they sold me a battery for $340 when I could find the same one online for $200. When I called back they told be to deal with it, it’s just the upcahrge fee.

I have used this Midas before and now it’s under new management but I was still very satisfied with the service that I received.

Service member did not know how and or failed to bleed my radiator system after replacing my heater hose and refilling my radiator with fluid. Steam kept emitting from the motor and service member stated I had a blown head gasket. I could have potentially blown a head gasket after leaving Midas because I had trapped air in my the heating system. My motor was completely rebuilt a month ago and the owner of the repair shop that rebuilt my motor came to my location and properly bled the cooling system. I will never return to Midas.

I had my car towed to this company. I wasn’t charged anything because they didn’t find anything wrong with the vehicle at that time. Most places charge a minimum amount just to check out your vehicle. Thanks

I have been using this Midas location for many years. It has always changed for the better. I have family and friends that use this store for their repairs and maintenance. I’m always pleased with the service that I receive and never disappointed.

I have be using this Midas for over 15 years and I’ve always been satisfied with the service that I received. They have never given me repairs that I didn’t need. They’ve always explained what I needed and made sure that I understand. The owner and associates have always been very nice, friendly and respectful.

We had a brake job done about 7 months previous (outside of warranty) and the passenger front side was making a noise. They replaced the noisy pad free of charge and were quick. No charge. Could not recommend more highly! Incredibly good service.

Make sure guys that they take the odometer reading at the time of the service correct !! They added 5k miles on my current reading ( i got to know that when I saw the service reported on car fax ), check your invoice before leaving as well , the odo reading is written on it . Other than that good service except some squealing sound after a brake job . Hopefully it disappears by time .
