I came on the 25th of May to have coolant leak fixed, they said it was fixed and did not perform a pressure check to make sure leak was fixed, I went home cpl days later having the same problem. took back to have checked and come to find out was blown head gasket, mechanic and manager said they may be at fault since they didn't perform a pressure check to ensure when they worked on it originally, they fixed problem, so lawyer said this fall under negligence. The District Manager said that it was my fault for failure. So just going to let the Judge figure it out.

This location only had one mechanic working. There was too much work to complete with only one mechanic. The only reason my alignment got done on time is that it was a simple procedure while waiting on parts for other vehicles. One customer came in while I was waiting and had words with the manager on duty. He was not happy that Midas could not honor his appointment as promised. This location is filthy and the a/c wasn’t working adequately in the waiting area. There is no way that I would bring any of my vehicles back or refer anyone to get any work done here. I pray that my alignment was done correctly.
Mike was easy to talk to. Appreciated his explanations to my questions. Tyler was great! Felt my daughter’s car was well taken care of. Austin made check in easy and explained what other options they were recommending and why.
I felt like manager and technician were very honest with their assessment of the problem and did not try to sell me unnecessary services. This attitude is what brought me to this Midas location based on previous dealings with them.
The associates explained what was happening with my dodge after their inspection and gave me prices on futer work I might want to pursue, but bringing these things to my attention was most welcomed.
Aside from the place being so clean it was also so easy to reschedule my appointment. The man named Mike who works the front desk for appointments is always super lenient and not only rescheduling but also helping you understand what’s wrong with your car especially since I am not the mechanic kind of guy. Very straightforward, polite, and boy did they get their work done fast. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs the car looked at quickly and efficiently.

The issue was an exhaust rattle.Adjustment of the catalytic converter heat shield was initially determined to be the cause.When on the drive home the rattle was still present I returned to the store.The manager and mechanics quickly went to work and found the problem to be misalignment of the exhaust aft of the muffler.This was quickly corrected and the problem solved.I was very pleased with the work ethic of all involved.
Mike answered the phone and was very good at explaining what i needed to do. He explained the pricing and even showed me what was wrong with my car. He explained everything and helped me out a lot.

The price for the parts was ridiculously marked up for a tune up. The spark plugs were over $70 when I could buy them form $12 to $20 at advance auto. The coils were priced at $200 each when I could get them at Advance for $75 each including a 3 year warranty and as low as $50 each with a one year warranty. No wonder hardly anyone was in there wanting their car serviced.the tune up for a 6 cylinder was $2,600 with $550 being the labor and the rest parts. Me buying the parts would have brought it to about $1,100 out the door with OEM equivalent parts. That's called being taken advance of. I will buy the parts and have someone put them on.

Mike & his crew were wonderful. My car started running hot just down the road from them and they got my car in for diagnostic same day and we’re so helpful. Before lunch the next day they were able to have my vehicle ready for me.
From the phone call to schedule to when I left the people I spoke with were polite, knowledgeable, and candid. They spoke freely on both suspected issues and likely fixes and kept me up to date on info as they diagnosed my problems. Quickly set me up with options for payment extension when asked, broke down all the details of costs for repair, and cleared all work with me before proceeding. Could not have really asked for much more from a professional service. Much like anyone getting car work done I could always wish it was cheaper but the pricing was fair to my limited knowledge, the work was completed in a very quick time frame, and the work done was solid and in my opinion worth the cost. Will be recommending them if I have friends or family that need work done in the future.

2018 Ford Raptor.. I called them I had a bad shaking in the front end when hitting brakes. I new the rotors probably needed turning but the manager looked at them and told me probably would be better just to replace rotors. He was right truck has no shaking now but the thing that impressed me the most was they stayed after hours to fix my truck and I had never been there before I had about a 1 hour drive to get to their Midas location but was well worth the drive they had earned a loyal customer.
