Walked into the Midas care center on Massard and was very happy to see the waiting area had bottles of water in the mini fridge with coffee at your convenience. I really liked how nice and clean the facility was I was surprised to see a changing table in the bathroom that makes it very convenient for parents when it comes to changing their children. Mike was the associate that helped get me checked in he was very kind and helped me apply the coupon for the oil change which helped me out tremendously as I’m going through a rough time financially due to a motor vehicle accident that has put me out of work due to my back being extremely injured, the chairs in the lobby also relieved my back and added alot of comfort. The service was fast and to my expectations I was happy to see they took pics of the vehicle and any other issues they diagnosed I will definitely come back and recommend others to this facility.

The price was not what was posted online as well as not communicated with me before it was time to pay, they chose fully synthetic without asking if that's what I wanted. I sat and watched for 30 minutes while no other guest were around while the employees played around with me waiting for my car to get even pulled inside. I also stated I needed my tires rotated in which I was told that would be taken care of not told that if my tires aren't up to their standards that they wouldn't do that. So I paid $100 for a oil change that took an hour and a half not including the time I got there early because I saw zero cars.

I already love Midas, but my experience there yesterday solidified my opinion! I had a low tire, and when I called the manager Mike told me I could bring it in at my earliest convenience. I brought it in the next morning, and was quoted a price for them inspecting my tires, but the technicians didn't find any leaks and I didn't have to pay! All the employees I have interacted with at Midas have been great at keeping my Subaru in good shape within my budget. All the employees are also very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and that is why I trust Midas with my car.

Scheduled my service by phone. Spoke with Bill who was able to schedule any day or time I wanted. Though I had to wait for my car to be pulled in the service bay, it was serviced quickly once they began. Facility is clean, with free Wi-Fi, coffee and bottled water. I’ve used this Midas for years. I have been taking my car to this Midas for a few years now, and I am loyal to them! Every employee I have interacted with explains, and shows, anything they need to fix, they understand staying within the customer's budget, and they work hard to get in any parts needed to fix vehicles. I scheduled at 3 o'clock appointment and was running late. I called ahead to ask if I would still be able to get the service done or what I need to reschedule. I was told to come on in and the technician started on our van as soon as we got there.

From the minute I called to make the appointment until I drove my truck out of the parking lot, the whole staff was top notch across the board, and were nothing but patient and helpful. I was over 2.5 hours late for my appointment due to a problem with the towing company, and the staff was very understanding and courteous throughout. The cost of the repairs was even lower than I had anticipated. No exaggeration with this survey at all. It really was a terrific customer experience. I will be back next time.

I was told online that my car would be ready in 60 minutes or less, I was there for 1.5 hours. I can understand that they were short staffed, but that wasn't communicated with me until an hour into me waiting, if I was told beforehand I would have made different arrangements than waiting. Also, on my receipt it said that I had synthetic blend oil, but I told them I wanted full synthetic, was told that full synthetic was put in my car, but I don't know for sure because it said something different on my receipt.
When I walked in the first thing I noticed was how clean and the gentleman was very nice. My wait was short and they done great. It's first time I got in my car and their wasn't oil or grease anywhere in my car. So hands high for this group and guys who worked on my Kia soul. I would recommend you guys to everyone I know. I had a turn signal out. They agreed to get in the parts and get the signal working. The provided an estimate of the cost. After two hours, they told me their computer was not advanced enough to work on this signal or to determine the problem. The charge for this service was also much higher than originally estimated. In the end, I paid a lot of money and drove away with a car in the same condition as I arrived. They recommended I go to a different service station with different equipment. I feel if they knew they would not be able to correct this issue they should not have taken the job. I'm fine with a referral, but don't charge customers hundreds of dollars just to then refer them.
Even though they were having computer issues, the staff handled the situation with world class service. The Manager Bill was phenomenal (as well as the rest of his staff) and the services I received were less expensive than I thought they would be! These days where so many experiences are bad ones, this store will have my business for life.

My check engine light came on. I was afraid it was a ablow up, I went in and immediately i was set up for a bay for my truck to be checked on, He went to the computer and compared by my codes were to see what the problem. I was explained the problem and set up for a fix.
The associates were incredibly clear when answering my questions. They were also helpful without pushing unnecessary products or services. I was overcharged for my visit and the associate noticed right as I paid. They issued a refund and charged me the correct account immediately. I 100% will be going back to see them again.
