Mark was soo helpful and explained everything that was wrong. His crew is just awesome. No its not a good thing when your car is broke, but Mark, Austin,and their fantastic mechanics are th best I have encountered and WILL ALWAYS RETURN TO.

I was worried about trying a new place, but because of the convenience of scheduling and appointment, I kept my appointment and everything was quick and easy. Everyone was friendly. I was also impressed how well they spoke with the other customers too, explaining everything with kindness. Seems like some great guys running a good business. I’ll be back.

It was a pleasant experience. I brought my Puppy with and we waiting in a clean, cool waiting room. they were prompt, quick and checked all I asked them too. I was taken in 15 minutes before my scheduled time. everyone was curtious. I appreciated the timely and complete experience.

Lower your outrageous prices. We checked other prices and you are significantly higher than everyone else. I only used you because I was out of town and stranded. I was overcharged and 2 people in the lobby also walked out because of how high the prices were for other services (change a flat and new brakes). It would behoove you to lower your prices.

Stop lying to your customers. Stop praying on the people who do not know any better, people come to you expecting your mechanics to be honest.... the ones at the Hot Springs AR location are not. Neither will I ever stop there again, but I will spread the word how shady these people are. I have never in my life been told that I need to spend $1400.00 plus [$500.00 of which is labor to do a job that cost me $100.00 in parts & tools & took me 30 min. to complete. Con artists every singe one of them.
