I needed an incorrect exhaust part I received from a vendor modified to work for my application. I was contacted by Rob as several challenges arose during this process to discuss how I wanted to proceed. These challenges were smote down by Rob and staff in a very timely manner.

The service was great. The problem was with the lady at the front. She seemed to have a problem because my kids were with me. I am a single mother and had no choice. My kid was looking at the magazines on the table and she came by to clean the up. I told her he is probably gonna mess them up again so I will fix it when I leave. She decided to pick all the magazines up and put them in the office. Also earlier she covered her ears when one of my kids screamed. I'm sorry being a single mom is so inconvenient for this facility. I shouldn't feel ashamed because I have to bring my kids when I have to service my car. I can't afford $430 plus a babysitter. I will look elsewhere who is more understanding for single moms.
I've taken this car to Midas once before and they did an inspection for me but since they didn't find any issues they didn't charge me for the work. That was a nice surprise and I was happy to return for an oil change. The work was completed fast and they gave me a detailed report of the inspection results. The front desk associate was helpful and cool. I'd definitely come back for future repairs!

I paid for an alignment 120.00 he said that that should do it but if not there maybe something different wrong. On the way home I drove the typical 60/75 and the steering wheel shook. It was better but there was a definite shimmy . Now I’m out of money and still don’t know why there is still a shakiness.

I was lied to when I came to pick up my vehicle that they had to install a missing transmission mount but I know that this was inaccurate because I just replaced it 2 years ago. They charged me an additional $50 for a mount that they broke while working on my vehicle. The mount was in place when I took it down there because I got under my vehicle to see what my exhaust problem was and the mount was still good and intact. I went ahead a paid my bill but I will never deal with this shop again.

I made my appointment over the phone. The woman I spoke with was friendly and explained the information that I needed. I arrived a couple of minutes early, and was checked in with ease. My vehicle was promptly brought back to be worked on. When the work was finished everything that was checked was clearly marked on the sheet of paper they gave me and explained including the recommendations for my vehicle. I will definitely bring my vehicle back.

Anti freeze oil transmission and rear end oil changed with the engine oil also.The truck is a 2019 Ram 1500 with 46000 Miles. I made my appointment online and selected oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my car after the service was done, I noticed on the invoice that they didn’t rotate the tires. I asked and the person I spoke to told me I was supposed to tell the person at the front desk I also wanted tires rotated, despite me already selecting this option when I made my appointment online. I wasn’t told that I would also have to notify the person at the front desk to make sure this service was done. Otherwise everyone was friendly and the oil change was very quick! They got me in quickly and did an oil change and replaced my front brakes and rotors within just a couple of hours. They explained everything to me and were very pleasant.
