After an oil change the mechanic forgot to attach the motor lid properly. The next days it fell on may exhaust pipe and melted. Luckly my friend noticed it. It could have caught on fire.I was glad to see that upon bringing this to the team, they apologized and agreed with no issue to replace the melted lid.
Staff was very courteous and professional. Manager took time to explain in great detail what where the problems identified during my visit.

I went into mitis a year ago for tire rotation. Somehow my Lugnuts lock was kept and lost from mitis. I was getting tire service somewhere else noticed my lock lug nut was missing. I knew mitis was the last car service car place to service my wheels and tires I want back explain the situation, at first they can our denying the service because they come to find out I went somewhere else to get my car serviced, but that was only an oil change. If I had nothing to do with my tires and rims. Long story short, they trusted my explanation and they made it right and they ordered me new legs And I was on my way. It took a very long time to get that part but they thanked me for having patience and working with them but I also thank them for making it right and understanding my situation that and trusting in me that you’re speaking the truth and not making it up so they are very understanding associates managers, technicians, etc.

Anthony invested significant time to research, and obtain, the specific oil wait and additives to change my vehicle’s front and rear differential fluid - which was a complex task as OEM information was confusing if not contradictory.
I am on a cross country trip and don't live in Phoenix (if I did I'd recommend this place) and they identified significant issues with my vehicle, took me into the shop and showed me the problems, provided a detailed quote, and accomplished the work quickly and properly.

Professional and very thorough service! I brought my car in for an oil change and they did a full inspection letting me know what parts needed replacing, of which the dealership never mentioned to me. Midas also offered me a package repair plan with some different options to choose from.
Anthony was super. He worked me in and excellent service was performed.
They messed up my initial oil change pinching the filter after changing the oil. Initial I section revealed no issues, but afterwards there was oil bubbling in the canister. My car was smoking after I left and had low oil pressure afterwards. I spent the rest of my afternoon at the location awaiting results. Staff was friendly and apologetic for the mistake, but the mistake still occurred nonetheless, which now I am car-less until Monday and maybe longer if the problem is not solved.
I appreciate the inspection comes with photos showing you what exactly the mechanic is seeing and it helps you feel as a customer that you’re not being ripped off. Most people think mechanics just tell you stuff is wrong with your vehicle just to make money fixing your car and you don’t really need the repairs. With Midas they show you the photos of the issue so you know it really needs to be replaced or fixed. I think Midas is the first shop I’ve taken my car to that does an inspection and includes photos. I would highly recommend Midas for this reason. Also I would recommend Midas for oil changes because they charge a fair price of $40 with coupon and Jiffy Lube charge $100 for same service and doesn’t offer the inspection photos.

They didn’t put a serpentine belt right. That caused that my car overheated. It’s not working anymore. They told me they were coming to check the car, then they were sending a tow. None of that happened

The gentlemen that helped me was thorough and kept me updated on prices and what not. He took a price cut on my compressor due to my warranty company being a pain. He was very friendly and informed me that if there is any additional issues to bring it back.
This shop is a lost cause. The turnover rate of employees speaks volumes. The way I was treated by the assistant manager was inexcusable. Even the manager Nate acknowledged the behavior was out of line, but a free oil change isn’t going to rectify being yelled at and unwelcomed by the assistant. My car is also making a very strange growling sound when I accelerate upon leaving the facility, but the chance of me returning to have them look at it after already admitting to cutting corners on my inspection after 2 hours of waiting for an oil chance seemed stupid. I don’t trust that they wouldn’t damage my car out of spite at this rate. Anthony had no right to snap at me and pull my car down off the lift when I simply mentioned to skip tire rotation. Which was already communicated to Nate when I handed over my keys. He said my tires wouldn’t be removed, yet I saw them all taken off. This place lost a loyal customer, I’ve been coming to this location since 2018 with the previous owners who ALWAYS took customer service seriously. These new guys just want to overcharge for special packages, but once they know you don’t want to sign up for in house financing they treat you like garbage.
Although the service was complete, even though I had an appointment, my vehicle was not brought into the service bay for over an hour.

The owner and manager were working today and gave great customer service to many customers while While I waited for my oil change, the waiting room was comfortable and clean. Time flew by since I was busy watching a movie, eating popcorn, and staying hydrated. I had asked them to provide me with estimates for tires and they had that quote ready for me.
The manager was friendly and informative. The mechanic was as well. The shop area was very clean, so much so that I commented on the cleanliness.
The staff was excellent, and stayed right in touch with the company that said it delivered the needed part, but did not. I was always kept in the loop and treated with courteous hospitality. They couldn't have been better, under the circumstances. The only thing keeping me from using Midas often is that I don't live here, and we don't have one in Flagstaff.
The pricing is good and the staff was very friendly and explained to me exactly what the were going to do to my car.
Most of all the price for the oil change was what got me,I'm willing to return to this location, because I was given informative detail material that will help expand the life of my vehicle.
Setting up an online appointment was very difficult, had to call in and got the wrong time in the confirmation email so had to call back again.

We came to Midas after getting a brake replacement quote from another repair place that I felt was too high. Nathan took care to explain the process. We were able to see the machine they used to machine the rotors, which I thought was an above and beyond level of service. The price was 46% less than the other repair shop. The new brakes work great!
This location has been servicing my civic for a couple years now. The associates have always been polite and courteous. They’ve also been very informative but with no nonsense approach and straightforward, anybody could understand what they’re talking about. They’ve always been gracious and patient with all of my questions and inquiries. I also find that I get a better deal on my service as opposed to taking it to the dealership Honda. My service elapsed time is always considerably less, and I never need to leave my vehicle overnight with Midas. I love the team at this location!

It took 2.40 min for change oil on my vehicle. The guy who was serving my vehicle checked my cabin air filter took it and didn’t put back. I found the air filter on the floor.
I felt that the quote I was given was more of a money grabbing opportunity instead of work that I actually needed to have done. I was anticipating a few hundred dollars for some brake pads, but was instead quoted over $2500 worth of work, including struts, rotors, alignment, full break flush. The break fluid test said I was fine, just low, but instead of offering to just top it off they recommended a full break flush. When I asked about the rotors and struts, I was told “it looks like the start of some normal wear and tear.” I know enough about cars to know that my wallet was being wrung out.

I Trust Midas Will Fix What They Broke
I appreciate Carlos' communication, but don't think he understood what I wanted. I wanted both front and rear rotors resurface and brake pads replaced, only did rear. was completed. Upon service, the emergency brake light will not turn off and there is a continuous very light chime that dings the entire time driving it now. This was not an issue prior to the service this Midas location performed.

Very friendly staff, and they honored my appointment. Previous experience at dealerships I waited 2+ hours for service to begin,despite making appointments. I showed up 15 minutes early and vehicle was immediately brought into a bay for service. Facility was clean as well as the staff.
My service visit was an emergency as my alternator was going. It was 115 degrees, my mother was having surgery and I was from out of town. Due to the length of time the service would take the co-owners jumped in to take care of the car themselves. One co-owner gave me a ride to pick up my mother from surgery and get her home. When the service was done they picked me up to get the vehicle. They were amazing, professional and extremely kind. The only reason I'm might not use Midas again is that I have a personal mechanic in my home town but I am recommending you to others.

belts and hoses and flush...great price..good work...would have given them 5 stars except they forgot to re-top off the coolant after they filled the radiator and got the engine hot with the new coolant....
