I was skeptical going into it because I've heard mixed reviews from people I know.As far as service and communication go, I was satisfied. I came in for brake pad and rotor replacements and so far it seems they did a good job.The only thing that could improve is the appearance and cleanliness of the business itself, both inside and outside. But that's not as important as the actual repairs on the car obviously.

Excellent service. Cost me a fortune but they were still better priced than everywhere else I checked for completely new brakes on an Audi S5 and with same day service while I waited. Falling back in love with my car now that its not screaming every time I hit the brakes. I'll be back (not soon I hope).

Simple and easy. I had Groupon for front and rear brake package. Brought my own new rotors do to rotors never replaced on 2008 Cherokee. I first want to mention that Midas has been my goto place to get my oil changes. I was excited to have them do my alignment. They tried to align the vehicle and couldn't unfortunately, they left my back driver side wheel camber way off and it was tilted into the car at a high angle. rather than have them try again, I ended up going to the BMW dealership the following day to correct the alignment. All other services at Midas have been great, and to be honest I also took the car to another shop before Midas and they gave me back my money because they couldn't do it. For BMW M Series Alignments I would recommend the Dealership. its $100 more, it will save you in the long run.
