Let me begin by saying that Rocky, Shaun, Seth, and David are not only professional and courteous, but are also knowledgeable and competent, but experts in their chosen career and it shows when it came to working on my car. Despite being busy with other customers, the entire team remained courteous and professional when I had questions. Shaun is a great employee and refused to give up when the tire alignment developed some minor issues. The rest of the team chipped in to help resolve the issues. They are a great assets to the Midas corporation!!

Midas was my regular auto maintenance service center. I had moved outside of the city and very sad about transitioning to another business that included transportation. However, I had multiple bad experiences which led me to return back to Midas, as I figured out how to use Lyft/Uber. Went in for an oil change. Had an appointment at 9 o'clock. I had to call at 12 o'clock. To see if it was ready. upon pick up. I was driving home in the rain noticed rainbow colors flashing down the gutters, along with oil leak that appeared from oil filter. this was from a recent oil change. Woke up the next morning. Found a puddle of oil underneath my car. How would you say is about a 1/2? A quart ticketook it back manager was rude. We'll never take my car to Midas again. For the trouble of an invalid oil change. I decided to go home. Change the oil myself to make sure that everything was done right. They owe me the price for an oil change. I took in the car freaking out about what it could be. Ended up being a broken wheel bearing. The part was order on a Saturday, arrived on Monday and by Monday 1:30-2pm the car was done and ready to go. I got an oil change and a plate light replacement. Then I drove it and it slowed down, so I parked at a restaurant to see what was wrong. I thought it needed gas so I added gas but then it didn't start at all. Before the oil change, the car was running very good. So something happened from Midas to the next parking lot. My car was parked at the restaurant because Midas was closed when I went back. I work for Uber so I missed one day of work and know I can't work until my car gets fixed. This is the second bad experience I had at Midas. It's like coming here is bad luck for me
I've been to this location before and they have always been helpful. In this case I was out of there in less than an hour and I had no appointment. This Midas is my goto car repair service. If they do the service I need, I will use this location.

I made the appointment online on Wednesday evening for following Tuesday. I got an email to wait 24 hrs for confirmation. it never came. I called the location to see if my request had gone through, one phone number was out of service and the other rang and rang.I will go back to doing all my appointments in person instead of depending on the online process or phones that don't work or no one answers.
