Need to greatly improve communication between Midas and me. I almost always had to call Midas for repair status, not the other way around. There were many times that return calls were promised, but these promises were not kept. This is very poor customer service.

The guys there are good people and honest. The price was higher than expected. The extra quart of oil seemed high. Very high. I should’ve opted out and bought it myself.
