They were courteous, polite and respectful. They care about your safety. They inspected my vehicle from top to bottom. The head mechanic as well as the observed that my vehicle has a leak coming from my left front caliper and was very concerned for this is a safety issue and needs to be dealt with ASAP. I received an estimate on the caliper and I am pleased with the price so I am bringing my car back to them on 2/3 to fix it. I am pleased with their knowledge of my vehicle because my vehicle was made in Germany and it has been difficult finding a place outside of going to someone who specializes in VOLKSWAGEN only to have work done on it.

The manager was super friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel welcome the entire time i as there. The staff was quick and efficient. And the overall the experience was worth it. I had just went to jiffy line and was quoted twice as much as I paid at midas. Thank you Jesus (the manager ). You were respectful funny informational helpful and pleasant on the eyes 😉

Staff was helpful and friendly.

All staff especially manager Jesus were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough during the entire repair. Issue was a very complicated starter replacement on a Ford truck which most shops would have refused to do the repair work. Jesus, Ray, and John were dedicated and did not quit on the job. I personally am now retired but was a parts manager for Buick and Pontiac motor division for 28 years. I know the industry completely and these guys at this Midas location were top of the line.

I called this MIdas shop to ask about using a Groupon there. Since I have a Honda I was told that with the Groupon I could get their oil change for $49.99 - $20 off.I got the work done, BUT the tech said I needed several fluids flushed for another $400+. If I agreed, the oil change would be free. I initially agreed to return for the Royal Flush, but changed my mindI returned to pay for the oil change and it ended up costing $114!High pressure to sell extra services. Shady!
