My 1995 Jeep Wrangler has only known this Midas at 22nd and Kolb Rd since 2002 and it has been given the best service i have paid for. I have not had to take it back for a correction once and the longevity of service proves it it has gone though at least 10 managers over the years of service with the same results great work

Demeanor and honesty, and customer interaction could be improved. Robert gave me a quote to replace water pump and flush the coolant system. When I mentioned that I didn't want the system flushed because I had recently had the system flushed by the dealer, he then proceeded to convince me that he could not fill the system without a flush. BS... after I expressed displeasure with being charged $80 for something I did not want; he removed the charge...this demonstrates dishonesty, and I recommend a correction. A few days later, my lower engine cover fell off, and I returned to Midas to deal with Robert, who wasn't customer friendly (did not greet me or look at me), when I told him my issue, he was rude. During the installation I notice the mechanic using zip ties instead of the factory or equivalent Push Snap-in fasteners. When I inquired about using zip ties, and not the fasteners that were removed, rudely, he stated that he can use whatever he has to attach the panel. Needless to state that zip ties are not acceptable when I didn't arrive without zip-ties installed. There are other auto shops in the area, and needless to state that I will be going elsewhere in the future.

They did a good job and I was satisfied. They were knowledgeable and knew their work.

I took my car in for back brakes and they called me at 12:30 when it was finished. I didn’t pick my car up till 3 when I arrived to pick up my truck it had been left running the whole time it was ready. It was sitting so long it ran out of gas and then the battery drained and the air conditioning was blasted in my truck with the engine not running for hours. I went in for back brakes I couldn’t even start my car to leave when I picked it up from Midas they had to get me gas. By the way the only gave me barely enough to get to a gas station and I also had to have my battery jumped in order to have my truck started. I went in for back brakes. How does this happen. No one will call me back. The district manager is avoiding my calls.

Appointment was on time and work was started and completed in a timely manner.

Staff was super helpful, accommodating and friendly. They constantly would provide updates on the status of my service and were pleasant to engage with while I waited
