We were prepared to just get an estimate and come back another time, but they were able to do the work quickly, and it cost less than we expected.
Price was fair. Not pressured into an unneeded repair. Employees were clear what needed to be done to fix my issue and were friendly while I waited for the vehicle repairs.
I did not have an appointment but they got me in. They explained the need for an additive which was costly but why it was needed. Gave me information as it was available.
I needed an oil change and was also given an inspection. They found I also need a transmission flush, air and cabin filters. I would not have realized this without the inspection. They also notice I need my license attached properly and did this for me. I was told how long the service would take and was kept updated on my car service. I felt very comfortable and didn’t feel I was being taken advantage of. I definitely will return to this shop for following services. Thank you, great shop!
I am satisfied with my service, I believe they did a good job and that I shouldn't need any more work on my vehicle any time soon. Good communication and keeping me up to date with what was going on. Again, just caught off guard by the pricing but I suppose there's little remedy for that. I had been quoted $900 at a different shop I was originally planning on going to but due to unforeseen circumstances was not able to. Guess I didn't expect the difference to be as large as it was at $700 more.

I really needed to determine the cause of my rear rim getting very hot, for safety reasons, and to prevent potential damage to my vehicle in case of a faulty/damaged part. Midas accepted my vehicle quickly and fixed the problem they found. I am just so, so grateful to have my car fixed and safe in order to get to work on Monday. I appreciated that they stated ahead of time that they would do the inspection and only teplace what they felt was necessary but still give full feedback as to the status of the vehicle and why to expect whereas a dealership would just say (and they did) to just replace it all.

I was told that my fog light was out, and they asked me if i wanted them to replace it. Usually, i do those things by myself but they said it was $22. I figured sure why not for $22, but that was just the cost of the bulb. I assumed that was the overall cost, but they didn't mention it would be another $15 bucks to install it. Had I known it was going to cost $40 to change this bulb, I wouldn't have done it. Not the end of the world, but I would have liked to know the whole cost to make the decision.

First of all the price was right as per usual, the staff knowledgeable, the staff friendly and John at Midas phoned me at home to tell me his recommendations, the price involved and what it all entailed and the fact that it would all be done quickly. I can not tell you how much I appreciate knowing all the information. I have taken my cubes to the dealership many times over the years and never got a full explanation of what to expect and always very expensive. Not so here. I absolutely in truth love these guys.

Scott has maintained my car for the last eight years advising me what needs to be done with an eye to what I can afford. My car is fourteen years old and with Midas I expect a lot more years. I have winter and summer tires; Scott stores my second set making it so convenient to change over my tires.
