The Midas Associate was very friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about the state of my vehicle. The Midas location also provides an inspection report that gives me a status update on every aspect of my vehicle and identifies potential future issues. I feel like I understand the concerns my vehicle has and I trust the work being done.
Everything about this location is great ! Costumer care, the price is always competitive and with the frequent promotions you’re always getting a low price. They tell you what you need to know, and get it done at a great price.

They took less than the estimated two hours which was a great bonus. I bring this shop junk. They make every effort to find inexpensive parts. They've done checks, and haven't charged me for them because it was obvious what the problem is from the off. They keep me informed about what's happening with the vehicle. I feel like I get to make decisions based on their reports without being pressured into it. The shop NEVER tries to upsell me. They never try to play me. They are very accurate with their turnaround time for the work (this last time, the guy phoned me spang on the time he predicted six hours earlier). This is a good shop and I have returned to it multiple times. I've directed others to it because I consider them trustworthy. This is my shop.

Sent vehicle the first time with clutch pedal problem, it was supposedly fixed and was charged. Then took it home and had similar problem so send it back the second time. Vehicle was checked and was told there was nothing wrong with it so took it home once again. Then vehicle broke down completely with same clutch pedal problem so towed it back to the shop where this time was told that there was a slave cylinder issue. Shop couldn't find part so l got it for them. Thereafter I was advised that upon installing it there no pressure in the clutch so upon further diagnosis I was advised that there was a centering rod to the clutch pedal and again the shop couldn't find the part so was advised to tow the car home until I can get the part for the shop. Meanwhile, I was charged almost $400 for the uncompleted job.

Truck died and managed to limp it to the shop on my drive into work. They got me in right away and called within an hour to let me know what was happening. Repair was done in 6 hours and they were so great getting me in right before Christmas.
The front desk don't ask extra questions and gave clear guidance for what would happen. The notifications text message gave me a good experience on manage my own time.

And when I came back in person to check the status of my car, the associate was very polite to me and went to check with the mechanic to see where they were at. Also, the shop gave me a bit of a knock on the final cost because it took a little longer than what they thought it would take. So, a bit of icing on the cake with my experience with this Midas shop.

Alin was very personable and professional. He explained that it was a little busier for the day and he would try to get it done asap. It was nice that he set the expectation so I didn’t get disappointed if it took a little longer. The lot was full of cars when I arrive at 10 AM and when I picked up the car around 1 PM, majority of the cars were gone! Alin and his team work quick. I checked the tire pressures afterwards as well to make sure it was done correctly and they were all around the manufacturer recommendation. My old tires were put back nicely into the bags and back into my car with the wheel locks conveniently placed where I would see them. Great job gentlemen!
