Check for defaults before installing, especially for the wipers. With my back wipers, luckily not the front ones, the wipers are worse then before. The new wipers cannot wipe the water off.

I bought two winter tires upon recommendations by your staff as two of my blizzard were bald when I came back they had only installed the two new tires and left two seasonal on so then the manager Sue had to book me in again the next day. She was nice and comped my next oil change but it was the extra time it took for me to wait around in the day then having to come back the next morning at 8 am. Less than thrilled.
Diagnostic was quick, and determined cause of problem. Parts identified & ordered.
The services I needed included diagnostics for check engine light, and as it related to same codes as work performed last year there was no charge. The rest of the services included the Midas Courtesy Check, which was comprehensive. All these services were also completed within the time estimated. Sue and the other staff at North Vancouver Midas were also great to deal with.
I have been taking my vehicles to Midas for service for over a decade and there is nowhere else I will go. Midas's service is excellent, the new manager at the North Vancouver branch is very friendly knowledgeable and professional and the service is fast. I trust Midas and the advice they provide and can't wait to visit the new Pemberton Street location.

My original issue was the continued excessive noise of my complete exhaust system install. The issue was not resolved.Furthermore, I do not really appreciate upwelling techniques of massively overpriced services such as serpentine belt replacement. A 20 minute installation of a $40 part should not cost $170.Finally, sine the original install of my exhaust system was not done satisfactorily, paying $80-90 for new gaskets and the like for the failed replacement is not what I would expect for fixing a job that wasn’t done right the first time.

I booked an appointment on line and got a prompt response. When we dropped off the car, the girl was extremely busy but let us know she would be with us soon. She let us know that she would call and let us know pricing before any work was done on the car unless it was a small fix. She then called and texted when the car was ready (extremely quick) and was very friendly when we picked it up.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. I have always felt that I am given honest facts about my car and what might need to be done to have it running efficiently. I have been going to Midas for the past 7 years and will continue to go there.
