Friday afternoon, 1:00, my vechile broke down with broken starter, this location said they could take it in. When most garages could not as they were full. The vechile was finished by 5:30. But I picked up 1st thing Saturday morning. Fair price and quick tyrn around repair.

worst customer service I've ever experienced! I have never been so humiliated & felt so insulted in my life! I booked an appointment for an oil change & also asked them to look @ the 'check engine' light. I spoke to a guy named Shaun & he said "yes we'll check everything" but it was never done! Instead of being honest & saying he forgot, he lied saying he was never told. He then said it's too late & she would have to bring it in at a later time. I then called Shaun & he responded very rudely & said "I don't wanna argue with you" and hung up! I went into the store to ask why he hung up & he became very agitated and hostile. He spoke to me very unprofessionally and loudly, while cursing!

I brought my truck in a year ago. Had all rotors and pads replaced. Cost me about $1,800. Had a grinding sound 2 weeks ago tried to book an appointment, was told that someone would get back t me in 30 mins no one answered. Then found out that my caliper had seized and had to pay another $1,100 to have this fixed. I am close to $3,000 in total in just over a year.... Very dissaponted.

I waited 1 1/2 for an oil change. The explanation i was given from the manager was that my car was gettimg serviced by an old guy who works very slowly. I have used this Midas location for over 10 years and several managers. I always recommend them in my complex as this location has provided me with car repairs and maintenance that I do not have to take back for any reason. The Manager understands that I am a senior female who does not always understand what I need or what they will do. He takes the time to help me feel comfortable with what needs to be done and why. I trust the work done on my car. I am not in the position to have a concern about their pricing. I have kept my bills over the years and increases have been minimal. I am sure I could shop around for better pricing but does that mean work I can trust?
