As a regular, very satisfied customer, I applaud Bobby and the wonderful team at this location. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Work is done right the first time, explained in detail and done in a reasonable amount of time and for a very decent price. This shop is open honest, transparent and dependable.
I got charged for synthetic oil. I was never asked what oil I wanted in my car I have never used synthetic. I am a woman and feel like I got used. They never asked what oil I wanted and never told me that they were changing my oil from conventional to synthetic. Very unhappy that I got used as a woman coming into a place I trusted. Very disrespectful. I should have been informed that they were completely changing the type of oil they were using
Promotion is good. But don't mislead costumer for different pricing. And They don't inspect car like brakes etc which is included in promotions.
Quit having idiots work there. Went for oil change that should have cost including taxes $111. I left with a bill $327 because these idiots couldn’t rotate tires properly. Not to mention the person driving my vehicle in garage sliced my tire. Complete Idiots!!!

Bobby was expedient and delayed his lunch to ensure all my paperwork to ICBC was in order. The assessment was quick, parts ordered and received right away, and the work was done quickly and from what I can tell it was done the right the first time.
I've been taking my vehicle to Midas for years and have never had an issue. I've always gotten answers to whatever questions I've asked. The pricing has been fair and if anything else was found while getting service I was asked if I wanted it fixed or not.
I keep going to this location for oil changes. I like the written Inspection report that’s done for my vehicle that check the overall health of the vehicle. I try and get the same technician to work on my car, the team arranges for my request. Well done

The service I received at Midas was truly outstanding. I encountered a challenge with a stubborn nut that I couldn't remove, and in no time, the skilled staff efficiently resolved the issue. The pricing was precisely on point. Prior to choosing Midas, I explored other options from Kal Tire to Otires and the likes in the area, and all proved to be excessively pricey. Feeling a bit disheartened, I said a quick prayer for a fair yet exceptional solution, and lo and behold, Midas was just around the corner. I came in for a diagnostics. The website is misleading as it shows the inspection is free. I was okay to pay the fee but I am not pleased with the inspection done and feel like I wasted my money. I asked the guys questions about contaminated coolant oil and they seemed clueless (seemed hadn't done the check). I asked if it needs to be flushed - there were two experts and both of them had opposite recommendations. I had to take my car to another place for inspection since I was not satisfied with the answers provided (or how confidently they were provided).
Trinity able to squeeze me in to get brakes done.. planning on road trip and time was short! Got me a cheaper deal on brakes/ rotors! Mechanic personable and explained and showed me issues with brakes! Left feeling prepared and safe for my trip!!

I was greeted with a warm welcome and explained that I would be called to explain all the problems that needed to be looked after about my car. In a timely fashion I was emailed with what needed to be done. I then was texted and called explaining everything in detail all that was done. I then went to pick up my car and once again was greeted with a warm smile and welcome. I was completely satisfied from start to finish and would take my vehicle back there anytime.
Very detailed and forthcoming about the situation with my vehicle. Clear communication regarding my options for repairs and what they would look like budget wise. Very knowledgeable about each problem they found and how it would effect the use of the car long term. they also explained which issues were priority and which were less pressing issues so that I could choose which repairs were feasible in the moment. As well as what to do to maintain the vehicle until my next visit for the remaining repairs. The visit gave me confidence as a first time car owner, may be strange but i felt educated once I left. I learned more about the vehicle which I truly appreciated.
There was a lot of shouting in the waiting area. My oil change took 40 minutes longer than it was supposed to and there was an issue for another customer that was taking the attention of all the people that could help me pay and get my car back, so it was just a bit chaotic. Overall everything was fine and I would go back if it’s convenient, but I found pricing and service pretty much the same as other places I’ve got. I appreciate the inspection efforts though. I got the info I needed and the service person was happy to explain and answer my questions.

It’s the middle of winter, my car suddenly had the key stuck in the ignition and an oil leak that started smoking I called them and within a few minutes notice a gentleman named Les answered and was able to accommodate a drop off visit. Once I arrived they were very patient and kind and explained things respectfully to me (a first time driver and car owner and female). The guys there got a little chuckle from my blue fluffy interior but were able to help me understand the situation with my vehicle and the options moving forwards. Would definitely recommend.
I rotated my tires and they didn’t even bother to refill them with air…… every time was flat!
They are a great bunch from finding a problem my Honda dealer made to working around that problem and explaining it to me. They even put together a detailed report that I can go back to Honda with and hopefully they will fix the problem they made on my vehicle.

I scheduled an appointment and went there at the scheduled time. But then they said that it's really busy and they cannot get the oil change done timely. Well, that is the whole point of scheduling an appointment, They should've not given me the appointment if they were busy.But anyway, I again drove back home and came the next day, Still took them a lot of time but finally got it done.
Les ensured that my vehicle was repaired properly and advised me of issues in a timely fashion. Both Les and Bobby stayed after the shop was closed to complete the repairs.
Walking in to Midas I was greeted very professionally. When I stated I wanted a wheel alignment I was asked for further details to see if a better service would fit my situation. Before any work was done I was called and followed up on and at the end of everything the mechanic himself came out to the front desk and took off $50 from labour stating "this didn't take too long so I'll cut you a deal". It was very thoughtful and considerate.
