I had a new catalytic converter installed as well as new timing belt assembly and control arms and ball joints. Problem is since I got it back there is a persistent whine from the power steering unit. I did not have any issues before the service. I was told it would go away on its own but that has not happened

I dropped off at 9:30am, and was told it would take approximately 2 hours. I waited near by, and checked in at 12pm. It wasn’t ready. Due to how busy the place was it took 5 hours, not 2. I picked up at 2:30pm.
A bit more communication before coming to pick up the vehicle would be good. We could have been called to let us know if they could not do the tire repair and that we needed to get a new tire, but it worked out fine.

Charging for parts that I did not need my original parts were working fine when asked if they tested the part when they took it out of the car they said no this is unacceptable. I spent thousands of dollars in my car is still not fixed they want to go through this process of elimination that is fine but the parts need to be tested that you think aren't working right not just change them out with new ones and when that doesn't fix the problem keep changing other parts

I came to change over my winter to my summer tires. My car was serviced right away, and the tire change was very fast. The price was very good also.

It took a super long time (4.5 hours). I was brushed off when bringing the car in because there was a gentleman there with a more interesting rare vehicle, not given any information about the process. He took my keys and went outside with the gentleman without saying anything.

I had a flat tire & needed all four tires replaced that afternoon. Dale did an excellent job of bring in replacement tires & installing them very quickly!
I always take my car to Midas they do a great job on it and tell me what I need to get fixed next time.
I went into Midas because my engine was in limp mode and I had some throttle body codes. They diagnosed the problem as requiring a new throttle body unit. While I was satisfied with their work, the process was very expensive. I was charged for diagnosis and the part was marked up 50% over what the parts store charges. I will be looking around for a more affordable garage.
One of the employees was extremely rude to me and was misogynistic. I spoke with the manager about the situation and the manager didn't really seem to do much about it. As a customer, I do not appreciate being spoken down to by anybody especially by Midas's employees.
It took over 3 hours to change head lights and another front side light and to check the emergency brake light. I really don't think it should of taken that long.
Don’t lie to customers about pricing beforehand. Finish within time you said you were going to finish. Communicate if either of those change.

It will be nice to have a decent report of what’s is going on whit the car, I mean the diagnosis of the car is wrong and they go ahead and throw new part just because, is not right. And also call u costumers telling me that the car now is fine and the minute I took it, the problem still there.

Appointment booking was simple, the staff member I dealth with was friendly and the service was reasonably priced.
To be honest, the only aspect of the visit/experience that kept me from indicating “Highly Satisfied” was the friendliness of the service manager. The service clerk who booked my appointment and helped me when I dropped my car off, was wonderful. It was the other fellow who I found to be quite riding around the edges.

My vehicle is an older 2000 Honda Odyssey. It needs major brake and suspension work. Even though it was more $ than I had anticipated, we were able to figure what needed to be done immediately and what could be done later. They were able to get all my brakes done and I was able to drive home by the end of the day! I'll ultimately get all the recommended work done but spaced out over the next few weeks. I've been using this location for years and value their opinion and honesty.

Check in of vehicle took long. Price of oil change was not mentioned. Was expecting within the $70-80 range but was $120 after taxes. Reason being was synthetic oil was used - ok but would have been nice to know of price difference before. Asked about the promotion for $10 off oil change but was told that was over last month so had to pull up the coupon from the Midas website to show the employee.

i thought i needed brakes. dale took my car in for service and reported i did not need brakes and there would be no charge for investigating. so i asked about some other front end work that was required and he offered a reasonable price. i went ahead and booked. i wish i had done it a couple of years ago because the service made a lot of difference to the car's performance. When I booked my appointment online I had assumed that I will be getting the deal I booked for. Luckily I had data to look up the coupon code, better online in should be in place. And that a text message to a home line tha my car was ready not good. I went back to the the store and they told me a text was sent and it was over 1hr and half ago my car was ready. A call would have been better so I would not have been late for my appointment and not waste 1hr30+mins.

I book an online oil change with details about my touareg 2008, when i arrived the guy told me will be later to pick up and he knew i have the prono oil of $69.00 dlls but he was fixing another complanit and probable he didn't check about my oil service, je just called me when my car ready and told me is $225 dlls because my car is not on the deal of your media cupon, you approved that supposed for that car.
Not all services needed for the car was able to be fixed/resolved.
Paid over $2600 for parts & labor. During the time car was in garage I was told I needed a number of things like new fuel injectors (6), an oil filter housing. Because of the large bill I was getting they gave me a free oil & filter change. After getting my car I was told there will still be a little vibration but will disappear when computer will adjust to the new parts. After a day car is running worse than before. Engine light still on. Today is Sunday they're closed. Bringing it back tomorrow Monday. Hope they can fix it properly.

I had the best explained service for my car which made me feel confident, not ripped off, throughly walk through the whole problem. I had a hole In my muffler. I took it to Toyota first since it is a fairly new vehicle m. Manager Dale said he’s never seen a problem with the muffler this early in a new car. I knew from Toyota but they made me feel it was my fault. They said my warranty just ran out but I called them out on it because it was just two months over. I didn’t understand why they couldn’t have just said they can’t do the work because they don’t do welding? That would have maybe changed my opinion of going back for anything. I was recommended by the Napa sales person who frequents my cafe diner every Tuesday! I trusted his opinion and just went with it and super prof service!

Clear information and service
Dale always explain what my car needs. This time took it in for my normal oil change & they found a roofing nail in my tire. I simply leave my car in their hands and are always happy with their service. Dale is terrific in maintaining my car.
Car was brought in for an AC recharge and a quote on repairing the exhaust system. Recharge was done, somewhat reluctantly by the location. A quote for the exhaust repair was never completed.
Some major corrosion was discovered on a pipe which has resulted in the pipe splitting in two. This advanced corrosion could not have developed between the last time it was serviced by this location and this last service. I have been taking my vehicle to this Midas location since 2017 and am disappointed that the mechanic(s) who have been servicing my vehicle all these years did not notice this corrosion before it got to this stage.
I have been to this Midas several times to service my car and everyone I've ever encountered has been friendly and polite and makes the experience easy. I already recommend this Midas to people and this experience has just galvanized this for me. Thanks so much!

Never have a problem and pretty much leave the care of my car up to what Dale thinks I need done. Love the idea that I can now store my tire/rims with your company so I don't have to lift them at all.
The front desk staff was professional and very transparent. I noticed they tried to be very clear with other customers as well. And I particularly liked how I was not pressured into anything and no upselling was forced upon me. One of the main features I look for in business I choose, along with transparency.
