Customer service is excellent I fealt comfortable with over all explanation of service offered I went in for a aliment but my strut's were bad they explained to me it was worth less to do an alignment with bad strut's I appreciate the HONESTY most people would have done the alignment just to make a buck overall I will go back once I have enough money for the struts and shocks

Transaction is smooth, it didn’t take long when they started to service my car. I was told it would be done in 30-45 min. So I went out and ordered a burger in a nearby fastfood. Before I could finish my burger, they called me that the oil change is done and I can pickup my car.

Oscar and the crew are beyond helpful, friendly, andfast! I've been coming here for a few now and I can truly say I'm glad I lice so close to this great place. They also service my family as well. I guess you can say, we're treated like family

I've been going to the Carson Ca Midas for over 10 years. I've always had good customer service even when service managers have changed.

As a walk in I expected delays in service. It didn't happen. The staff took care of my car needs in a very quick and professional manner and got me out to address the rest of my day.

Oscar the store manager was very clear and honest about the problem. He gave me understanding of the parts needed. He applied extra effort to find the most cost effective parts, since I have an expensive BMW X3. I will send all my associates at work, my family and friends to this shop because of his excellent service. Midas is lucky to have Oscar on their team.

I only go to midas in Carson for all my cars needs. I have referred so many people and they are very happy with the service as well.

Please input all repairs into the computer. If there is no receipt there is no evidence on the lifetime warranty on breaks job. I was going to be charged all over again for breaks, because of that error. They do not reset the Sensor I requested. Improve service.

Oscar, the manager at the Midas location in Carson was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and like I was in good hands. I was able to get all the work I needed on my car for a fraction of the price of what I would have paid at the dealership. Midas was the best priced shop out of all Shops I called for my vehicle needs. Not only were they reasonably priced, I was able to make an appt easily. My Car was serviced quickly and efficiently. Customer service was excellent & friendly. They didn't just change my oil, they checked all fluids, tires and every requirement in my car! I Highly recommend MIDAS to every person I know :)

NEED more professional, courteous, honest, patient etc. Management; Work was not completed in a timely manner as promised; If something goes wrong with car after work performed take accountability and do not make CUSTOMER feel as if their fault when nothing WRONG at time car was brought in. TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY and APOLOGIZE!! NEVER had this bad experience EVER with having just an oil change. Had to deal with bad ATTITUDES! Will NEVER give MIDAS my business again!! Worst service ever!

I went here to get an oil change with an appointment at 1130 didn?t get seen until 1pm. I was told multiple times I was next and ended up being there over 2 hours. The person doing the oil change checked everything they are SUPPOSED to check writing ?oka

I visited the Midas location in Carson, CA to have my wiper blades replacedI was in and out within ten minutes of my arrivalI can always count on this location for excellent service.

Got some work done got my truck back and a week later noticed i couldn't open my hood because the hood lach lever was broken.

Went there thinking I needed front and rear brakes, made an appointment and checked in with Gabe. After the brake inspection (about an hour) Gabe called and said I do not need brakes(another shop told me less than 20% left) and still had 50% rear and 40% front. He recommend that they service the brakes which I gladly agreed to, $50 later I was out the door. Thank you Gabe and Midas.

Midas is the only place I take my vehicle for repairs.They have a very knowledgeable team, who are able to diagnose the problem during the initial visit, and work quickly to have your vehicle running like new again.
