Good Communication and follow through
Todd is my main man at Midas. I just moved back to California in December, and I will continue to go to this Midas location.
Todd is always easy to talk to and he’s well informed about the maintenances as well as the pricing each service will cost. The maintenance was quick and precise.

First of all customer service was excellent, the associate Todd was great, he explained everything very clearly of the work he would be doing and the time it take. Everything was done on time.
All satisfied except for tire rotation. I paid for it. It should be included with all oil changes. Tire Depot (your competitor) gives “Free” tire rotations!!! I may go to them the next oil change if Midas continues charging me for tire rotation!!! And I am serious.
Todd was very transparent about the brakes job and point it out rotor too thin to resurface and needed to be replaced to complete the job... excellent communication and service... love it

My visit was quick and the guy that helped me was very friendly and didn't try to nickel and dime me.
Came in for a complete tune up. Was disappointed that the windshield container and coolant were not checked or refilled. Small things but for a full tune up should have been checked.
I thought tax was included, but I had to pay tax separately. And It took a long time to fix it.
I simply will not take any of our vehicles anywhere else now. Todd is so honest, knowledgeable, and courteous! I have even recommended them to my coworkers, and they too are super pleased!

Young lady did a phenomenal job
My undercar skid plate was dragging and I thought that I needed new brakes because I heard rubbing. I brought it in and they fixed the skid plate and inspected the brakes and told me that I did not need new brakes. They could have just as easily taken advantage of me and said that I needed new brakes and that the routers needed to be replaced, etc etc. But they had great ethics and told me exactly what I did need and did not need and I was very impressed. Because of the service they provided i did not really need an oil change but I got one anyways. Just to give them the money.

I was told there was a leak in my vehicle. We came home and removed and checked gaskets and pan, there was no leak. I felt they were just trying to take me . The oils stains were just stains that were artifically put there to make it look like a leak there was no leak. I trusted this shop because Todd is a great guy. These tech that work this weekend. were just hoping to get money . and did the opposite because i will never recommend this shop again!

When I contacted Midas the appointment process was very simple and easy to schedule. I was able to schedule the oil change appointment for the following morning.Upon arriving for my scheduled service, they took my vehicle in right away. Midas provides superior service compared to Pep Boys and Jiffy Lube where I used to take my car for oil changes and other car services. I think if I asked if they check the tire and the front person told me, "of course, that is part of our service. Since I have a car that tells me the tire pressure and it hasn't changed since I brought it in, means they didn't check the tire and maybe they did check any of the other fluids. I probably will so somewhere else for now on and stay to watch my car is serviced completely. Thank for the coupons though but I don't need them anymore.
