Great service, I scheduled online and received email notification that my reservation was acknowledged. The owner knew I was dropping my van for servicing. The work was done quickly and I received a text message when it was ready

Mr Patel was very friendly and professional. He understood that I had some time constraints due to my sick husband and I felt that he bent over backwards to insure that I got in and out in a reasonable time. Additionally he explained everything I would need, advised it could wait for a bit till a more convenient time for me . No hard sell. While I waited another customer came in who had some problems resulting from service at a different Midas and I was impressed by Mr Patels efforts to help him. Will definitely return and recommend Diamond Bar Midas to others

Service and time of service was great! The price per spark plug at $32.00 each? That is a bit on the high side.

Prices are good. Associates are kind. However they didn’t have my tires ready to install even they told me they have it already when I get to the place. I have to wait almost one hour and a half so they can get the tires

The person in tge front desk mocked me , he was rude and sarcastic when I asked questions about a service related to the warranty I bought with my break pads. Unbelievable rude.

It was an emergency repair and they took me in and had the truck fixed in less than 24 hours.

The manager was quite friendly and while he gave me an evaluation of other services I should consider getting, I never felt any pressure, nor did I feel he was trying to sell me on anything I really didn't need.

Able to schedule an appointment easily and the car was ready sooner than expected.

Did nothing right. Didn't bother looking at problem just got a cheap reading and slapped on a spark plug and a coil which got damaged again the next day. Definitely over priced. Called them back because the problem got worse and told us don't bring it back

I love this place. The staff here are friendly and kind and informative. Also they don’t over price you and only do what needs to be done. They don’t add extra things that dealerships do and over charge you for things that never needed. I highly recommend this place to bring your car

I made the online appointment for the next morning. The store manager called me within 30 minutes to confirm my appointment. When I arrived, he knew my name and greeted me kindly. I didn’t wait due to the repair time, but felt fully informed about the repair status. My car was ready as promised. Great guys that work at this location.

1. Manager lied about the price charged me normal price and didn't give me a Costco member discount, considering they are part of the Costco Auto program. I will be reporting this to Costco to have them investigate.2. May not have done my alignment at all and just let my car sit there for 1 hour and claimed they did it. OR did do it, saw there was an issue but decided to not mention anything because they knew since my car was not aligned they would have to issue me a refund.

It was really quick. I like the openness of the garage. You can see what they are doing. I prefer this over the dealership way of handing over the keys and hours later they give you back your car and you have to take their word they did the job unless you get under the hood and check their work. The one time I decided to do the work on my own and leave the dealer out of it, I learned that the dealer had lie and not replace the cabin air filter. Took the old one out but didn't put anything in.
