I have been a customer at Midas Encinitas for about 18 years for a reason. Jeff has been the best manager for the many years he has worked there. I can always trust his and the staffs expertise and know they won't try to upsale me on anything. Straight talk that keeps my cars going a long time. Couldn't be happier with Jeff and staff, service, and ease of this Encinitas location.

Jeff and Taylor are both courteous and professional.We have been clients for many years and bring all four of our cars in for services. Nowadays it can be tedious and time consuming to find good service that you know can be relied upon as both honest and reasonably priced as well as completed in a timely fashion. If there are issues that arise during the service the team always contacts us and clearly defines any problems along with suggested solutions.

Scheduling (with Travis) was easy. Jeff checked me in and was very professional. My issue: during routine service on my Audi Q5 the dealer said that my battery (purchased at Midas) had a dead cell and failed their check. But, Jeff's test showed no issue. I wasn't having any issues starting the car, but I was happy to know the battery tested fine. Plus I still have three years left on the warranty. During a time when poor customer service is becoming more common, it's great to know that Midas stands behind their products and service.

I'm always satisfied by the quality of service by the staff. The trust we have in Manager Jeff is why we come to Midas.

Jeff and his team are great! He has always fair. Very honest. They have serviced all of my cars for over the last 10 years. All makes, BMW 535, Infinti G35, Chevy Volt, Honda Civic Hybrid and Ford Expedition. Had a coupon for a free oil change this visit. They checked everything out at the end of the visit I owed nothing. All was good with the car they didn't try and sell me anything. I wished they serviced Tesla's. Can't go wrong with these guys.

Midas is always very reliable, quick and honest. I’ve been taking my car to the Encinitas location for a while and have never had a bad experience.

When I called to schedule an appointment, I was given very specific information on what would be best for my needs, arriving there I felt was stressless and they finished up my car early and also did some quick tests. The wait room was nice and warm.
