There was no customer service. I was not greeted. No one was friendly. Pricing wasn’t explained to me. My “suggested” repairs weren’t explained to me even though I asked. I worried that my car wasn’t in good hands. I went home and checked all my fluids and oils.
For the past 22 years the best service I have received ANYWHERE!!!

Your system, online process does not work. You try to save time and schedule your appointment, then the system says, wait until it's confirmed,(30 minutes? then nothing You call the store to confirm because it's been over an hour, and they don't see you in the system. This needs to be addressed and updated.

The gentleman that we called and set up the appointment with us remembered who we were from the phone call. He was extremely nice and helpful with communicating what was needed and how much we would pay. The gentleman even allowed me to use his personal bathroom at one point during the wait. The work was done in a timely manner as I had to be at work my self in a few hours. The overall experience was extremely pleasant even with shelling out nearly $500.

I came into Midas for an estimate on work my vehicle needs.
The service was performed quickly, and the car was returned to me in a timely fashion. The price was about what I expected to pay, no surprises there.
Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Didn't try to upset me. The extra service he did suggest was one I had noted, so I did purchase. Did not mention any of the services that another oil change place tried to upset. This location feels trustworthy.
Even though the mess that was left under the hood of my car was cleaned up, there was no recognition of the time and inconvenience that it caused me having to return to the location in order for them to rectify the situation. I would have expected an offer of a free oil change next time, or at least a discount.

They did their best to align 4runner with mild lift. Did okay with getting all cams to spec but did not disclose to me until the job was done that they encountered frozen caster cam. List for an alignment was posted on their screen at $89. They charged $69. Took 1.5 hours due to struggling with seized bolt which they could not loosen. Drives well and stable. But caster on frozen bolt was supposed to be 3.7 and it remained 2.5. Seized alignment bolts are common, I just did not like how I found out about it after they finished 45 minutes after expected completion. Not a bad review just a recommendation of keeping the customer advised if unusual problems encountered.
