customer service was excellent. I came in for my air pressure to be checked out to find out that I actually needed a new tire. Tire order was placed one day, called back within a timely manner the tires were in and before I knew it I had new tires on my car.

The guy answering the phone was polite and gave me the information, time and price of an oil change. My car was on the rack in 10 minutes and I was out of there within an hour while other places wanted me to wait 3 to 4 hours, drop off my car, and pay a higher price.

I wonder what the odds someone is going to read this segment.Look, the manager dude there was nice and answered the phone and was enthusiastic, told me to come on in for oil and brake change, they did it super quick. Car feels great, it's hard to do those two things wrong lol. Only thing was the price, 180 for brake and oil change when I brought the oil and brake pads was eeugh. But I get it, the economy is messed up right now. Just as long as the people doing the work are getting that money instead of some executive.

One of the things I was worried about was the pricing I was told yesterday about the tire and being out of placed. The owner went out of his way to inform me on an expert that can look at it and give second opinions about it and he was able to find nothing. In addition to this, the sensor that originally had the problem was taken care of on this visit.

From the moment I walked up I was greeted by the Manager and as soon as he saw the car, he knew right away that he had spoken to my boyfriend earlier who had asked about an oil change. I was also impressed at the fact they actually looked at more than what we came for, just a routine oil change, and their suggestions were things we were not aware of, and they were correct. Told them exactly what needed to be done and exactly what to look for. Nothing got done. Told them the AC compressor has an unplugged wire, the store manager comes back and tells me the compressor isn't receiving power, after I had told them what was the issue. Was told I have a severe (not as severe as it would seem seeing as I got 2nd, 3rd and 4th opinions from Mitsubishi dealers and service techs), and that you can't rethread aluminum ( Mitsubishi would like to beg to differ) so nothing got done and will be handling my problem elsewhere

I feel as if they do a good job with my up keep of my vehicle. A little pricey though but I guess you have to pay for the service.
The staff were thorough in explaining the price options, they were kind and very down to earth. They had lots of vehicles in front of me, but they were still very mindful of the promised time frame. They reminded me to make sure to check for oil between oil changes, they even said if I did not know how to just drive on in and they would make sure my car had oil for me! They were friendly and made me feel like I was in very good hands! I was happy with the service I received!
The price seemed way too high. A place down the way would have charged me $300 less for the same services. The lifetime warranty is not worth it if you are paying so much for the same service. I have been going to Midas for many years but this is my very last trip. I will also share my experiences with the more than 35,000 LAUSD teachers that I work with in the union newsletter.
I prefer to go to the Midas in Redlands California their customer service is excellent the Fontana California location the store manager Armando does not have great customer service and he is very loud and very boisterous.

I've been coming here for my oil change for years. I haven't had any issues.
Was told a complete different amount over phone...59...paid 95!!!(used to that by a lot if mechanics ) I have a brand new luxury car fully loaded with white leather interior and white cloth on the top...got in my car ac was on full power radio was blasting

Was able to drop off my vehicle and have all 4 brakes done before they closed. They even stayed open and extra 15-20 minutes for me to pick up my car because I was stuck in traffic returning to the store. Excellent work. Much appreciated!

I?ve had a oil change about 3 times and never not once have they put synthetic oil in my car. Not even at the dealer when I get an oil change they do not put synthetic oil and this time they decided without even asking me to put synthetic oil. I over paid

This was my second time at the Fontana Midas on Sierra. I am very pleased with these guys. They have my trust. The first time I had brought my car in was because the mechanic shop I use to go to had messed up my car and wanted to charge me for their mistak
These guys were great. Put on aftermarket Stainless Steel brake lines and drilled and slotted rotors with ceramic pads. They even applied a $20.00 store discount that made it even more affordable. I?ll go back to have the rest of the brake work done. Thumb
