I had a coolant leak that I couldn’t find. The mechanic exposed the radiator and called me in to see it. He told me the cost of a replacement with labor but we could never prove the radiator was leaking. The mechanic’s next action was greatly appreciated, he changed out the hose clamps and told me to keep an eye on the water level. The price I paid for that job was far less than the original estimate. I don’t mind paying a high repair bill but this buys me more time to prepare for it.

The mechanic wasn't careful enough with my two piece hub cap , he damaged one. Also during the test drive he showed absolutely no regard for the cargo in the back and everything was all jumbled around, these were 11 Segways with a total value of $30k and when I said something he was like oh well everyone else was nice and helpful.

I thought it was very expensive for the quick service i had done (headlight change and tire pressure check). Otherwise things were great.
Curtis took the time when I dropped off the car to listen to potential concerns (brakes, battery) to look at as well as recommending maintenance services based on mileage. I did not feel rushed. Also received an early follow up call to address the issues discovered and to authorize repairs early enough in the day to allow completion by the end of day so I did not need to leave the car overnight. When I picked up the car, the young lady who was handling the paperwork and payment (sorry, did not catch her name) was able to add a few more discounts than the coupon I had to reduce my bill further. I did not ask if there were other discounts - they did this on their own which was a very nice surprise and appreciated. Everyone I encountered was super nice, informative and very customer service friendly. I felt they were not suggesting repairs unnecessariy, even suggesting that the concern could be re-visited next service - I felt they were being honest.
I have for some time been a steady and loyal customer of Jason's. He has advised me faithfully and clearly, even if it is contrary to his profit motives, and in addition, has done far more services than routine maintenance. He has even come in considerably under estimates in a process regarding our suspension. Who could ask for more?
I came in for a tire balancing, I was given an estimate of 45 min to an hour. The service ended up taking a bit over 90 minutes which exceeded the estimate. The waiting area was utilitarian and was clean but not the place I’d like to spend an additional 30+ min when I arrived for pickup and the work hadn’t been started. Otherwise happy with the service and cost. A closer estimate would have allowed me to plan better instead of waiting.

I brought in my car for brake squeal. Once the mechanic was done checking the problem, he explained exactly what he was going to do. He did not try to upsell me and tell me something else was wrong. When I received my car back the problem was 100% fixed, I appreciate that.
Staff is honest.The glove compartment was opened to perform the job. When I got home I noticed that my son’s passport was missing. I was unable to reach the staff on the same day cause the shop was already closed. I called the next day and followed up. Staff admitted that he saw the passport as it fell when glove compartment was opened but he said he put it back. The other staff who worked on the car did not notice the passport. I was advised to bring back the car for them to check if it was misplaced at the back. But before that my son.checked again in the car and found the passport under the seat.I just would like to thank and appreciate the staff for the help and assistance he provided. Thank you.
I waited while my car was being serviced. They explained everything to me. They took my car for a test drive to make sure everything was going well. They made suggestions for next time. They also called me a few minutes after I left to let me know that one of the things they talked about for future service might be covered under warranty, which I thought was very thoughtful!

I took my car to Midas to get new brakes but it has been making a rubbing noise every time I’m backing up. They are great people and very willing to wanted to fix the problem. I need to take it in again, because is still making that noise. I was told to bring it again if still making the noise.

I have been coming to this Midas for a few years now and I have never had a bad experience. The front desk associate is always a friendly face and the manager has been accommodating and explains everything in a simple manner.
I always bring my two cars to this location for a reason. They are kind, honest and always squeeze me in for all my car’s needs. It’s hard to trust auto service techs but I never have had any issues with this Midas. Every time there is a problem, they make it the least stressful experience one can have.
Everything was explained clearly and no hard sale tactics were used to try and get me to buy new back brakes as well.
They took me with no appointment and completed numerous services. They were specific and straight forward with what I needed and finished everything in a few hours.

I have been a customer here for years. The employees care about the customers . Not just me but all of them. I have a fleet car and they make every effort to contact Holman for authorization while I wait even on a Saturday.
I have recently twice in succession asked for unique services: Re-glue a mirror that had fallen off, and then re-attach a front bumper that won't stay where it belongs. Not the first time at this superb place which seems to be able to do anything very quickly at extremely fair prices with human beings who are extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I always remember that the first transaction I did with them, they charged me considerably under the estimate!

There service was terrible for about the last 5 years. Their customer service was terrible, and their service was even worse. The left my oil caps off several times when getting oil changes. This was the season I sought out another shop.!! I like to spend my money in the neighborhood. I gave this Midas a shot and I haven't looked back yet. There fast, efficient & so far appears to be very honest on quotes and prices. With that being said, this shop now services (4) cars of my family.Keep up the great work you, guys. An oil change should not take three hours (while the customer is waiting with vehicle) to complete if it is scheduled via an appointment. Associates should better communicate with customers on delays, completion times, and any other information that would make waiting three hours bearable. Transparency. Be honest with customers regarding the reasons for the delay rather than associates guessing why and lying to customers.

Well everything went well except that Midas employees put the wrong mileage on the service sticker and my copy of the work order/invoice. They put the correct mileage on a new service sticker but I had to cross out the wrong mileage and re write the correct mileage on the service work order/invoice.

The lady at front desk dry and rude. They forgot my wheel lock. When i drove off and wasn’t in cup holder like usually and the way i had it for them, she said its in the back spare trunk. I didn’t trust it because they NEVER done that to my last 5x here. Always they left when they found it in cupholder. I stop car. Pull over and its not there. I go back to tell her. She talks to tech and he laughs and apologized for leaving it on mechanic table NOT RETURN TO MY CAR. WHAT HAPPENED IF THEY GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE!? No way i could ever retrieve. Next thing i know when i get home there’s ketchup or salsa stuck to side of my seat and transmission stick wall. I don’t eat in my car. Called to talk to the Mgr later that day.
