Service is always great when I come to Midas ! Blake and Mike are always so nice and helpful and it puts me at ease . Customer service top notch. Any time I need service Midas is always my first choice !

Everything is explained to me, all my questions are answered, everyone is polite and friendly and work on my car is complete.

Experienced, knowledgeable, friendly service manager. Price for oil chance and tire rotation was quoted. Afterwards they discovered my car had a one time non replaceable oil plug which had to be ordered for me. Because it was not initially quoted in my estimate, they did not charge for the extra cost of replacing the oil plug. Thank you.

The things Midas did are all great other than the specific tyres i purchased. The wheel alignment seems to be good and very well documented. It was the reason i went there. Whilst there i got two new tyres. They are expensive tyres and may perform well but they are winter looking tyres in southern California. The two don't fit together. I have no experience with winter tyres and was very ignorant and did not even ask questions as i didn't know. But the tyres look like tractor tyres on my Maserati. Not happy about that but i acknowlwdge it was the choice i made. I don't even know why those tyres are offered in California.

it was a quick service, they offer solutions to the problems, highly knowledgeable, did never offer me services i dont need, they treat me with respect and explain any service they perform in a way i can understand.

The customer service guy, Blake was great and the tech was very knowledgeable. Despite the number of items they recommended for repair, there was no pressure. Flexible payment methods (easypay and Midas credit card). Brought my daughter the next day to buy new tires.

He saved us money, we got the synthetic blend oil change; he explained that since they changed to valvoline, that it became the standard, so it saved us money!

Be more accurate about the wait time and tell mechanic to do the work instead of socialization!

They are professional, friendly and do an excellent job servicing our vehicle. The job was done earlier than anticipated and when I picked up our truck I had no doubt in my mind that the job was done correctly. This is the second time we take our truck to midas and both times the service has been excellent.

The Manager mike and his crew are the main reason that I come back. They represent your company to the highest level of of knowledge and professionalism.

Everything went great. From online scheduling of my appointment, repair timeline and the service I received. I'm not too familiar with the pricing of the resurfacing of brake rotors, I was just a little surprised that I needed rotor repair on the front brakes being that my car is 2 years old and only has approx. 21,000 miles on it. But I trust they were fair and honest with me, I've been coming to this location for several years now, I just didn't quite expect to spend the amount ending up having to spend. No fault of the Service Tech, he was great, I believe it was a Ford Dealership issue.

Very Friendly , knowledgeable about how important to keep up the vehicle maintenance and what was important at that time what needed to be repair. It was nice that they were talkative, good conversations and may the day go quickly. I left there with a positive attitude.

Midas is known for its experienced mechanics and they stand by their work. I knew if there were any issues, it would be handled. Ease of mind is the best feature!

I just walked in the previous day asking about a broken dipstick for my oil. Found it to be missing a few days ago. I was told they could order a new one, remove the broken part, and install the new on by the following day. I called this morning to verify that the part came in. It did so they said to just bring the car in and they'd take care of it. Only took a few minutes and I was on my way home.
