The receptionist at the Midas I went to was helpful in offering to tell me about the motor oil treatment I chose to get. My Kia Soul burns through motor oil very quickly so I really hope it helps with that.

I walked in because my car died right in front of the Midas. I explained the situation to Terry to which he had his guys fix my battery problem and then did a full maintenance check free of charge. Then helped me get new tires for my car.

No particular reason but highly satisfied is hard to achieve

The oil change was very reasonably priced. I also received recommendations for future auto service. I really appreciate knowing my brake pads on the rear axle were near the end of life and needed to be replaced very soon. Later, after returning home, I thought about what a win-win it was to have such a thorough inspection of my car. I was alerted to important services needed and Midas created future work. To me, this is the advantage you have over quick oil change shops that just rush a car in and out. I feel like I have a partner helping me maintain my car. Thanks!

I was visiting California from out of town and our cars battery light went on at the beach. We drove straight to Midas and were greeted by friendly and helpful associates who understood that we didn't have the time or ability to drop off the car. They diagnosed the problem and had a new part installed quickly. They were flexible and patient with all my kids running around the waiting room and got us out in 1 hour which was incredible. The kindness and professionalism was superb for being a new and out of town customer. Thank you!

Only bad thing was the price of an oil change.. Even with $20 coupon off it was around $95. My last oil change at midas this past January it as in the $70 range.
