If you could not do a service when you first take it in to and see there is a proble from you doing your job call the client and say it will not be able to be done then to wait and do it anyways my car feel worse then when I took it in.
I received exactly what I asked to be done without extras added. Unlike other places that try to sell you everything under the sun even after you've told them what you want.

I came to Midas on the recommendation of my neighbor, Alex Alt, I was NOT. Disappointed. Midas was everything (service and quality) he said it would be. I’m impressed.

Tony the owner/manager is very communicative, friendly and honest.
The only issue was that owner recommend I leave the car for service, which I did, and that it would take about 3 hours. However, I called in 2-1/2 hours since I had not heard anything and they had not gotten to the car yet. I dropped off at 10:45am and service was not completed until 4:30. But all is well.

Next time, you could check me in, go over my appointment details and then service my vehicle. I made an appointment for a check engine light. Discussed it at length when I made the appointment. I show up, am not greeted, not presented with paperwork, nothing. I was treated like an inconvenience for showing up at my appointment time. An hour later, I’m informed they changed my oil. Then I was told they didn’t have time to do the service I’d originally requested. Which was to investigate an issue I’d already had coded at AutoZone.
Tony was fantastic to work with. He actually showed me problems on the car and gave recommendations and was very caring and knowledgeable. I flew in from Colorado to help my elderly parents and will always use Tony and his crew!
