Well for one, it's Conveniently down the street from my house, Now I Have a one Stop shop To go to for Tires breaks in oil changes. All the workers were friendly. It took time to explain what was going on and what was being done. I recommend my whole family to come visit this shop.
Arrived on time, greeted properly, quoted the price I had expected and completed the service as required. Slightly longer than I expected for an oil change, but I was quoted an hour and that's what it took
The staff was very professional and got the job that I needed done wasn't happy with the pricing but was pleased with the work done
I was a walk in and the associate helped me right away with what I need to be done to my car, he kept me updated on the parts that was need and how much they would cost and I was completely satisfied with it!
I was really impressed with how professional everyone was, how quickly my service was provided, and how well my service provider communicated my service schedule and requirements. Usually going to the mechanic is like going to the dentist - you don't look forward to the visit because you know it will be painful. This experience was so pleasant, and I really felt confident with the knowledge and the integrity of everyone I encountered. I will definitely be back for future services.

Work done and completed in timely manner
My appointment was made my email but I didn't receive an confirmation. So I called and they managed to see me at 2pm. It only took 25 minutes and I was greeted very kindly. They explained my service needs and I am highly satisfied with overall service.

I had low tire pressure which caused the tire pressure warning light to come on in my 2018 Toyota Corolla. The cause was a nail in the middle of the right real wheel tire tread. I gave the mechanic the go ahead to repair it and the tire was repaired within 20 minutes. I paid for the repair and was soon on my way.I have been going to this Midas dealership for 10-15 years and they always do good work.

Very friendly service. I responded to a FaceBook ad. Setting up the appointment was very easy. I called because I experienced a delay in getting to my appointment on time. I was kindly told that they would fit me in. Upon my arrival to have my oil changed, I loved that they took my coupon, and that included an overall check of my car. They found that something minor was needed to fix my air conditioner. I'm delighted to have cool air. The price was great!

Everything isn't 100%. I've been to this location in the past and I always go back to them. Brett and Jason are right on things. I feel they're honest and fair hence, I return to them.
When I make an appointment online I expect to be in the system to come in to drop off my car. I don't want to hear an excuse about how many people come in at a certain time for their appointment. For example if my appointment is at 10:30 and I drop it off early. There are also other customers that are already there already there but have an appointments at the same time then they are getting slammed. Also when my appointment was made it gave me a time between 10 o'clock and 12.
I had a flat tire and came in needing all 4 tires, they were looking pretty bald, came in and they had a set ready to go, took about an hour and I drove off with shiny tires. Brett was very helpful and make my experience easy, will definitely come back to get my oil change soon
