I got the free oil change in the form of key tag from the previous car repair. I brought it in they said they no longer honor this type because of different owner. but I said it's still Midas...so disappointed.

I had everything I needed. They were communicative. The customer service was great. The place was clean. They gave a fair price.

Everything was very easy

Midas is basically our go-to place for both our vehicles. The guys are friendly and do good work, as quickly as they can.

The person who greeted me at the entrance is totally uneducated (a very tall man), they put oil in my car that does not correspond, in addition to doubling the price of the previous time I put it in this same place. When I picked up my car, no one told me that the car was ready for pickup. Plus my car's computer was not reset. They had not checked the tire pressure.

Service was rendered quickly and efficiently at a good price.

Midas does great with cars but the customer restroom at the Culver location was un acceptable. The toilet was growing black bacteria. It smelled like it hadn't been washed in months.

I expect to be treated the same whether I bring a coupon or pay full price. The person took 15 minutes to check me in. He was either just clicking on the computer (god knows what he was doing) or on the phone. No regard for the customer (me) standing there. They need to be trained in good customer service.

I had an emergency with my car (blown tire), and had the car towed. Angel and his staff were great, and they were able to fix things in one day.

They took my car and right away I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes they explained the condition of my tires and recommended replacement and gave me the price for the tires. I didn’t do the tire purchase at that time I only did the oil change

My brakes were squeaking at 44,000 miles. I was told that I needed a rear brake job with rotors sanding. I waited 2.5 hrs with an appointment. I drove 2 blocks and brakes squeaking STILL. I return. The tech sprays something and I test again w/ tech in car. He instructed me where to pull in. Another customer T-boned my car. That was 8/17/22The tech assured me that problem was fixed. Today I’m driving less than 15 miles and the squeaking is the same. I believe that the problem was misdiagnosed for profit and the problem was never actually addressed. I’ll give 1 more chance to fix, which will be the third. Then I will dispute service with my credit card company.

I would have been highly satisfied if Midas provided a ride home after I dropped my car off. I walked almost 5 miles home. Other than that, everything else was good.

Angel is the kindest employee. I called and he had me come in right away. He finished my oil change within 40 min and answered other questions I had about my car in the meantime. He is very friendly and positive:

I needed to get an oil change and a new serpentine belt for my car as it was making a lot of noise everytime I started my car. Angel helped me schedule my appointment and got my oil and belt replaced within 2 hours. He kept me updated with all the issues that needed to be fixed. He was wonderful and I will def be coming back to get my oil changes there.

When I explained had recently surgery and in some discomfort (true), they quickly wrapped up the oil change. Pluses for that. I think being short of staff created the situation. That I understand. Will return as like the location, and the people. Not my first time here. Next time will be recovered from surgery and expect no further issues. Good shop will return.

The pricing was so weird, I was quoted for a starter replacement at $1800 then said I will have to get a second option and I was texted and emailed a quote for $1300. I needed the service done asap but I was quoted around $600 from multiple repair shops close by

Great Job

I drive for Uber and Lyft and frequently need brake jobs. Angel and Kelly make it easy and comfortable and they get me back on the road quickly. Also able to give me coupons to teduce costs.

Went in to patch a tire with a nail in it -brand new tire that had just been purchased at a different tire shop. Should easily have been able to fix. Ended up having to replace the tire because there was a small slit in the side wall that definitely WASNT
