Prior to this visit, I was advised by the manager (another facility), that suggested that I may need brakes. After checking and rotating the tires, the manager noted that the brakes were fine after all.

I have been coming to Midas now for the past 2 years since I became a student at USC and got my car. I also brought my second car to the same location and recommended my friends to come to them as they are honest; friendly and hard-working people

The customer service was the best. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.

Went in for check engine light, I was told over the phone that they would be able to work on it. Showed up day of, was told it would have to wait till the weekday. Once I dropped the car off and was called back for the price of the repair I was told the job would be done by 1 pm. I called in at 4:30 pm, the job was not done till 5:30 pm. I paid for the parts and labor and drove home. Once I was reversing into my parking spot, the engine for the first time ever, turned off. I was able to turn it on again. I noticed it only does that when switching to reverse. So now there might be a larger problem that needs to be fixed because the engine was not properly secured/inspected. I will be returning soon and hope this can be made right. I’ve been a customer for years and I believe this can be resolved and put past us.

Because my vehicle is a 4X4 I needed to replace all 4 tires at once. That was a big expense. The cost was over $800. At that price and under this situation, I wish that I could have been offered a deep discount or FREE tire alignment.

My appt was made for just an oil change. However I asked if I could add a service and the service writer immediately said you scheduled just an oil change. He did not ask me what it was I wanted until much later which was a tire rotation but i guess he could not do it since it was brought up. Yet they want to do other repairs such as engine clean ect....

Bluffyou are the only chain that has a flat rate in believe. Coupons for other chains are not valid at all their locations.with or without coupons Midas has the best value

Waited 45 minutes which wasn't too bad, I know it was a busy day. I like that they were clear with the pricing. Waiting room was nice and clean. Parking was easy. They knew how to work the computer in my car to make it so that the oil light turned off which was nice, not everyone knows how to do that.

Erick was great at communicating with me about the status of my service every step of the way. He went over and beyond to ensure that I was pleased and most importantly that my car was working properly.

Erick and the rest of the crew went out and beyond to make sure my daughters car had good brakes and tires! Nothing needed to be replaced at this time but we will def be back when the time comes.
