I arrived needing my engine cleaned off from oil spraying. And they helped me figure out what was spraying and we fixed it by replacing the dipstick. They were very friendly and helpful. After i completed what i needed i asked if i could get an oil change as well as my other service and they agreed. It got finished within 3 hours and everything is good now!!Very nice, very clean, very efficient

Not friendly, felt like I was "fit in" Even though I made an apt request online. They advertise doing alignment of their building but don't offer it. Super expensive for just the oil change. Didn't do my tire rotation because "pretty soon" I'll need need tires.

It was really easy to make my appointment. just a quick phone call and I had the date and time I needed. I needed them to preorder the tires I wanted which they did, so they were there when I showed up for my appointment. My car was started on within 5 minutes of my arrival. it was like an Indy 500 pit stop. 4 new tires and an oil change in about 75 minutes.

I had an 11 o’clock appointment. They didn’t touch my car until 1135.

Everything when it’s scheduled he said drop off the car at nine I did. He said it should be done by two it was.

Very busy but they took me in at my appointment time. Thanks. The mechanic finished my alignment but didnt tell anybody that it was done. Two people in the office saw me sitting there and didnt realize I need to be checked out. Finally after 15 minutes I asked Shawna if she could check me out and she said no problem. Just think when it is that busy somebody should be watching out for the only customer sitting across from them. I will be back!

Went on a weekday had an appointment a week in advance. Got there 10 minutes prior to my appointment. I waited a half hour after my appointment for them to take my vehicle in. Everybody has a busy life and thats why appointments are made. Also I walked in they asked me to wait so I waited 10 minutes nobody was helping another customer but yet I had to go up and say can you please check me in. And then he did. Not the usual customer service when I go to Midas.
