I always get a tire rotation with my oil change and have never been charged. Not only was I charged $19.99 for the rotation but the price of the oil change had gone up significantly. I was charged $67 and change for a regulat oil change and tire rotation. I have limited resources and with the price of gas, food and now this, I'll be changing my own oil from now on. It's shameful! I asked the cashier about the tire rotation cost and was told it's always been that way. Never have I been charged. She said then I must have used a coupon. I said no coupons and I've been using Midas for years. Three different cars and about 8 years. No more tho, I'm done!

Midas always takes care of us very well. They have reasonable prices and do not say there are things wrong when there are not. They did a full inspection of the vehicle and told us our tires needed replacing, and we already knew that. Honest shop.
