I hit a pothole, flattened a tire, had to be towed to Midas on a Friday afternoon, and Herman stayed after 5:00 PM to receive our car. He was kind, courteous and respectful. He put our car in an empty bay for overnight safety, explained that the tire would have to be ordered on Monday, and kept me informed of the progress.

High and Excellent Customer service

In a pinch, I randomly called a nearby mechanic shop who pointed me to this Midas location. The fellow who worked with me got me in at the last minute and di a look over of the car I was buying. I just needed a second pair of eyes to make sure I wasn't going to buy a lemon. The team did it, got me what I needed and was fantastic.

Few places that clearly advertise the wheel alignment service. The only thing I wash I could see, is what adjustments were made. The numbers on the alignment .Not sure if it shows on the receipt

Professional mechanics performed the inspection, the time the inspection took was long enough to do a thorough inspection, I made an appointment and my appointment time was honored (I didn't have to wait for other cars that came in), the inspection point app was clear and easy to understand, the price of the inspection was reasonable for what was done, price compares to other service providers.

The honesty and integrity of the specialist I worked with. The transparency regarding costs. The speed in which they got the work done. And the value.

My pickup truck just quit running while I was in drive thru fast food restaurant. When I called AAA, they asked me where wanted to go and gave me three choices. I just picked mitis because I didn’t know the other two. So I dropped my keys in their mailbox and came back the next morning to explain and Richard was there, and he said he get to it as soon as he could and everything would be fine and he would let me know. He did they were very quick about it. I’m not sure exactly what they did. I don’t even care all I know is it runs excellent and I was just so happy that they could fix it so quickly. I also had a rumbling sound like something was loose underneath and I asked him if he could please look at that because it was driving me crazy and after he had told me how much it was for the fuel pump, or whatever it was, he said he fixed that rumble for me with no extra charge. I am a very happy girl. I took that pick up on the highway the next day and let it rip. I will be taking my van. I have a Toyota sienna that is my work van, so I’ll be taking it there next week because it has problems , they were really sweet.

I called about a noise coming from the right front of the car and a shaking of the steering wheel when the brakes were applied. They took it in and found the rotors on the front needed work, and new brakes, the rear brakes needed replacing, and some parts needed replacing in the front end. I could tell a difference for the better when I drove it off the lot. Very satisfied.

Herman, the new co-owner was beyond courteous, well versed on tire and brake service and went out of his way to provide me with exceptional service. I asked him to check and see if I needed brake repair, as a precaution. When I picked up and paid for my tires, he assured me that my brakes were in good shape. Good place to do an oil change. They are fast and quick. To be honest with you I been going here for a good time now. One of the main reasons I love is the customer service is good and they check everything to see if there anything wrong with your car. Most places don't do that.

They honored the discount coupon I had for an oil change. Since I could not leave my vehicle there to get it serviced they tended to it right away.
