I was able to take advantage of the buy 2 tires get 2 tires free. The drop-off and pick up went smoothly. On the phone, the person helping me was very helpful and wanted to make sure I got the best price.

I went in to get all my four tires replaced with brand new tires and one tire was put on incorrectly by the employee he drove it around as well and brought it back to me and let me drive home like that and by the time I got home from the tire shop after buying brand new tires one was so flat I had almost ruined my rim and completely messed up the brand new tire.

The manager on site, Jaeson I believe, was very pleasant and gave me regular updates on the work being done. At the time of pick-up, he noticed a sound in the breaks that he wanted to look at deeper, so I left the car overnight and he addressed in the morning. An old spring in the break system broke, so I am thankful I did not leave with the car. Great job, thank you!

Zee gave us excellent customer service. I arrived with a dead battery in my 2021. Audi Q3 on a Saturday morning, and left the shop with a new battery installed about 2 hours later! We could not be more satisfied with the service we receive at the Midas in Orange, California!

Credit me what I paid for the diagnostic. I came with a diagnosis from the person who did my smog and was pressured into getting another diagnosis from midas

If money is spent to fix the problem then the problem should be resolved. Instead, I was presented with possibilities of the issue after the initial payments did not fix the vehicle. When I told the Midas employee I would consider selling it, they offered me the amount that I had initially paid to service my car. Essentially just refunding me and giving the car away for free. Very disappointing. That being said, everyone was friendly but that wasn’t the issue at hand. The issue was if I was going to pay money to fix the problem, I shouldn’t have been given bogus resolutions. Especially after taking the vehicle to THREE different Midas locations.

It is difficult to find a mechanic that you trust and feel comfortable with. I like this location for servicing any of the basic needs of my automobile and recommend it to friends and family.

Courteous, explained in clear terms what work was needed and the costs involved. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the results. The mechanic also noticed a belt in bad condition that needed replacing, which they replaced with my approval. I feel the costs were fair for the work they did. I would feel comfortable taking my vehicle there again.

I experienced a car malfunction while I was still in their parking lot. They checked the "check engine light" and let me know what the problem was and gave me some instruction on how to repair it. The service I originally went there for was free, so I appreciated the efforts they took to diagnoses the problem.
